Just realised that you probably think I'm a bit strange being more excited about the canapes etc. than seeing Lee... please dont shun me - I dont get out much - this is my excuse for being impressed by parsnip crisps

Anyway, I must be excited cos I'm rambling now!!

Nearly as yummy as Lee in a loincloth Binkle. I don't know what you're complaining about However, if the menu is not to your liking, I'm more than happy to take your place!

And parsnip crisps are always to be admired, however much (or little) you get out.

I dont mind the beef and the duck, but I'm not a big prawn/salmon fan - however will try too consume with dignity and not spit it into my handbag

Of course you have to break off a bit of filo pastry or something and post us a bit each so that we can hold a piece of canape that has been in the same room as Lee

I'd would actually really enjoy being special envoy for mumsnet, delivering a message of love and devotion from mothers across the land but I fear security would stop me long before I reached his dressing room - particularly with my champagne giddy head on and the remnants of salmon roulade or whatever spattered down my front .

Am driving back to Blackpool at around lunchtime on Sunday so I will hopefully report back on Sunday evening..

would you believe the 'Joseph Hospitality Team' (woo!) have just phoned to tell me that we get out programmes tomorrow but our brochures will have to be sent to us as they're not released until press night.... wonder what's in a brochure that isn't in a programme?

maybe they're keeping the loincloth under wraps.....?! Which night is press night?

The brochure is probably the big glossy booklet full of pictures from the show in action, as opposed to the programme which has cast lists, scenes, adverts etc
