Is anyone else watching? I think they’re so likeable... (and love the name Theodore..)

OP posts:
MaHeidsGouping · 16/01/2019 09:22

I'm really enjoying this, I knew of Vogue before I watched her on tv with Bryan but I've never watched anything with Spencer.

The baby is lovely and its nice that they don't take themselves too seriously and are just having fun.

HollyBollyBooBoo · 16/01/2019 12:16

I saw on Spencer's Instagram that he's set up a jewellery design business with a mate. Wonder if they'll show that?

roisinagusniamh · 16/01/2019 13:03

Did you see the sour grapes comments from mKerry Katona in the DM yesterday?

Sparklingbrook · 16/01/2019 13:13

Yes i saw that roisin. Very telling.

MiniCooperLover · 16/01/2019 14:37

Kerry Katona is someone I pay very little attention too generally but sour grapes about her ex husbands second ex wife (god it's complicated) aren't that surprising.

whatsthestory123 · 17/01/2019 08:28

Im no fan of hers but clearly never got over the split with brian and whats not to like about vogue, she has it all imo

roisinagusniamh · 17/01/2019 10:25

Brian Mc F was definitely punching above his weight with Vogue!

MiniCooperLover · 17/01/2019 11:37

I have to admit I always thought Brian McFadden was a bit of a stepping stone for Vogue, they always seemed an odd match to me. But she clearly works hard and tries her hand at lots of things and she seems very happy with Spencer so fair play to them.

Scotschic · 23/01/2019 15:57

Last night’s episode was the first one I’ve watched because I thought it was the first episode, little did I know it was episode 3 last nightShock so I’m going to have to watch episodes 1+2 today in All 4, cannot wait!

OMG how stunning is Vogues body and her clothes?! I seriously have clothes envy with her, some of her stuff is just very casual but she looks like a million dollars in it, when they went to that Church lookalike thing, where they had the naming ceremony thingy (sorry I can’t remember proper name for this place) well Vogue looked amazing with that red sequinned/glittery skirt on, it was gorgeous, I think I’d look ridiculous in it as I’m a short arss but she looked fab, and the red jumper was just a plain one, no doubt it was expensive though, but she carried it off well, I also love her rings, was that a sovereign ring she had on her index finger? Apparently sovereigns are making a comeback and as Vogue is a model then she’ll be aware of fashion before us civilians, did anybody have sovereigns? God I had one on every finger just about, it was the look back in the mid 90s Hmm and I loved the look back at that time!

Anyway, back to the lovely Vogue, god I love her, she’s a great role model for young girls to look up too, and older girlsHmm too, she’s very happy and very down to earth, when she said she was on the TV, due to those Irish guys knowing who she was, then is that only because of the 2 shows that she’s done here, there was the one with Bear Grylls, The Jump, although was The Jump the one with Bear Grylls or was that something else entirely? She also did a show with Brian when they were married, I can’t remember the name of it but there was a itv be show and every week there was a different celebrity couple in it & the show was all about their relationship, how they interacted, blah blah blah, well I’ve only ever seen her in the shows I’ve mentioned but I’m just wondering if she’s more known in Ireland due to TV shows there? She is the kind of woman that you’d definitely remember seeing, you don’t forget gorgeousness like that! She also looks fabulous in jeans and a top, Spencer is definitely punching in every which way although with his previous relationship history, then he needs a woman like Vogue to keep him on his toes, hopefully he won’t screw it up and his youth was to blame on his past cheating ways, sowing his wild oats and all of that!

I haven’t really seen Theodore close up, I’ve just seen that he has dark hair like Spencer, is he a total cutey then folks?

Their house is fabulous too, love the art work and things.

Scotschic · 23/01/2019 16:05

I also seen the comment that Kerry Katona made about her daughters not liking Vogue, that’s odd because I distinctly remember the girls saying in a magazine interview that they loved Vogue, back when she was married to Brian, and something about Vogue helping them with fashion and makeup so it’s a bit of a turn around, maybe they were hurt about she and their Dad splitting and seeing her on TV with a new hubby and baby is a bit much for them? I would understand that, must be weird watching your ex step mum on tv with a new hubby, her and Brian’s marriage was probably the most consistent thing in their life at that time, and they are angry with her.

I read the comments in the Daily Mail and the most common speculations were that Vogue tried to get the girls to eat healthy, gave them boundaries about bed times etc, etc, and that they mustn’t have liked that due to Kerry letting them wild? I actually think that Kerry’s girls have their heads screwed on though, amazingly after what Kerry has put them through, although I understand her shit childhood came into play with her parenting, as it often does.Sad

Scotschic · 23/01/2019 16:10

Mini I think Vogue did love Brian once upon a time but she’s much better suited to Spencer.

I can’t believe how hyper Spencer seems all the time but I’m hoping it’s just for the show, and maybe the happiness at having a new baby, otherwise Vogue may just end up killing him!

MaHeidsGouping · 23/01/2019 16:47

The show she was on before with Brian was "7 days with.....". I pure loved that programme.

I didn't know how Spencer was because I don't watch MIC or whatever he was in but by the last episode he was doing my head.

I follow Vogue on IG now and she definitely does have it all.

Scotschic · 23/01/2019 17:29

MaHeidsGouping aye that was it! I pure loved that show too and infact Vogue and Brian were my favourite couple, I remember her being right into fitness and having an amazing wardrobe then too! Brian will always be ugly in my eyes, but he doesn’t half get lovely looking women, Delta Goodrem was lovely too.

Why do they do away with all the good shows?Confused do you remember a show, in 2016, on ITVBe about Beauty Therapists who owned, & worked in their own Beauty shops, and there would be 3 managers from all different shops based in various cities in the UK, and they’d go into each other’s places for different treatments and then they had to give feedback and only pay what they thought the treatment was worth? I don’t think it was Spa Wars, I can’t remember what it was called but I fucking loved it and they only had 1 season of it, the bitching was pretty funny too, if they won then they got a plaque to put on the wall, I’m thinking it must’ve been from the same production company as 3/4 in a bed as the set up was the same, do you remember this?

Scotschic · 23/01/2019 17:30

Oh spencer wasn’t hyper in MIC, from what I can remember anyway, he treated women like shit though, although he was very honest about it!

Scotschic · 23/01/2019 17:32

Also, Spencer used to always go out with really posh girls, just like him I suppose, but he suits Vogue the most, she’s not posh, she’s just a normal hard working Irish woman, although her looks aren’t the norm because most women aren’t stunning.

MaHeidsGouping · 23/01/2019 17:33

I didn't watch that one but I did love "Minors in Designers" that itvbe did. Mums buying £400 coats for primary school kids Grin.

Scotschic · 23/01/2019 17:43

It was ‘Spa Wars’ because I just googled it, you sound like your into the same kinds of shows as me so you should deffo watch it, if it’s not on ITVBe hub, or All 4 then the episodes will be on YouTube, it was amazing and I was always excited about the next episode, they were in Glasgow once too and there was a guy, whom I’m sure was an ex plumber/joiner/construction worker and he now owns and works in his own shop, well he put makeup on one of his rivals, it was pretty funny! One of the other Glasgow shops had the manager who was great at nails and people from far & wife would get their nails done from her, infact I may just book an appointment with her for my nails, that show was a great platform to advertise a business! There was also the woman who created the Bee Sting Mask, Deborah somebody, well she swapped with a woman who hadn’t moved out of the 70s style beauty treatments and she used to have curtains around her wee beauty stations, a bit like a hospital ward, it was GrinGrinGrin...I think I may have to watch these episodes again on YouTube!

I’ve never heard of Minors in Designers but it sounds good so I’ll look it up later on YouTube, and it’s maybe still on ITVBe.

I would spend £400 on a coat for myself but not my growing child, these types of mothers are just show offs, I had a mate that used to dress her 4mnth old son in head to toe Burberry, when it was still in, and he looked very chavvy although she was clearly going for the opposite look, she said to me, ‘your lucky because you have a little girl and you can dress her in cheaper stuff’Shock she thought Next baby clothes were ‘a bit common’, god I loved Next when my DS was a baby, they had, and still do have, gorgeous baby clothes. Imo then designer clothes can make a mother look like a chav, it’s okay having a wee pair of brand trainers when they’re properly walking, but I draw the line at designer clothes.

Scotschic · 23/01/2019 17:44

That should have said ‘far and wide’, not ‘far and wife’!

Scotschic · 23/01/2019 17:46

When I said designer clothes can make a mother look like a chav then I meant when she dresses her baby in all designer.

I liked the wee trainers that Spencer’s pal bought for Theodore, for when he’s ready to walk, I think they were Gucci if I’m not mistaken?

Scotschic · 23/01/2019 17:57

I wonder if Sam Faiers isn’t just a teeny tiny bit jealous of Mrs Vogue Spencer, she has the husband, the money, the clothes, the figure, the happiness and a nice, authentic personality to boot!

Scotschic · 23/01/2019 17:57

Sorry Mrs Vogue MatthewsGrin

MaHeidsGouping · 23/01/2019 18:55

Sam has crossed my mind a few times watching Vogue! The way she can leave the baby without going on and on about it, how quick they got married and how you can clearly see the love and banter between them. I've never once saw Paul looking lovingly at Sam.

EdWinchester · 23/01/2019 20:11

I am not normally a fan of this type of show and those frightful Faiers sisters have me running for the hills.

But I love this one. Never heard of either of them before, but love their relationship and banter. They are both very likeable and watchable.

I can't believe she was married to Kerry Katona's ex. Bit embarrassing!

Scotschic · 23/01/2019 20:44

This show definitely highlights how incompatible Sam & Paul really are, although tbf I doubt Paul is compatible for anyone, he’s lacking a personality, he reminds me of my ex, he has Aspergers, so he had an excuse not to have a personality, or to seem this way, I’m not criticising others with Aspergers, just my ex because he was a vindictive bastard and he turned out to be a stalker, but he was very intelligent unlike Paul who comes across a little thick. I think Sam was the first reality star to have the baby program so she’ll be reeling at this new show I’d imagine, I wouldn’t be surprised if the next time we watch Sams baby show then she’ll have copied Vogue with something, I can imagine Vogue & Spencer watching Sams show & pudding themselves laughing at her and PaulGrin although I actually feel sorry for Sam, she should get rid of him and be a single mum, he’ll still be a great dad but it wouldn’t surprise me if he and Gaynor fought Sam for custody of Paul, not Rosie though, just Paul, I think he’d get nasty in a custody battle and he’d probably expect Sam to pay child support, if he got custody of Paul that isAngry oops I’m running away with myself here!

EdWinchester do you not like Billie then, or just Sam? I quite like Billie, in comparison to Sam, but Vogue kind of brings it home that Billie is a bit of an idiot as well, she doesn’t go on about stuff over and over, like her sister, but she does sort of state the obvious and surely her target audience are women that have had and raised babies, like she’ll say things like ‘when you’ve got a toddler and a baby then it’s really hard to get time to yourselves as a couple’, now who exactly is she ‘educating’ here, 18 year olds?Confused or women that already know this stuff?Confused It’s pretty obvious that couple time would be affected by 2 young children!

Scotschic · 23/01/2019 20:45

pudding should have read pissing, I am sick of my fucking autocorrect, need to change my settings.
