I’ve just realised that this year’s contestants are all of a similar ilk, ie. tv presenters/ actors who are all fairly well established, with the only exceptions being Harry R ((sports), and Vamps singer (musician), but even then those two are well established. There is no z-lister, ex-reality Star, has-been etc.

Petal word has it Megan McKenna is headed for the jungle. Couldn’t get more Z lister

Anyone going in there should expect to do trials. Much as i liKe Anne she knew what she was signing up for. Getting a few hundred grand for a few weeks? can’t expect to do nothing.

I wonder did Ann get votes because if she does well at the trial it'll get her into the more 'comfortable' surroundings of Croc Creek? She did well during the trial they did on the jeep on Day 1!

But the reason she was exempt from the first trial was obvious once we saw what it was. She wouldn't have got through those tunnels. Even she was surprised she was exempt so presume she has no medical issues. The only thing about her so far us that she doesn't appear to do any jobs around camp! Even don't-lift-a-finger-at-home Harry has offered to do the dunny.

Early prediction: Harry to win. Such a character.

She was picked because it will mean she goes to the main camp. Dec made tgat clear today unlike yesterday.

Saw a bit last night. So did not need to see John Barrowman washing with his hands in his pants. Felt sorry for Anne , she seems so unhappy and being unfit could really take its toll, I doubt she will last the distance. Holly and Dec(lan) were way too nice at the trial. What was Holly wearing , I had similar as a child in the 80s.

I've been saying that too!

My favourites are Emily (especially after the trial) Fleur and Harry. Emily has shown she has guts, Harry is hilarious and Fleur seems genuinely lovely. I can imagine John will start to get on everyone's nerves.

Again, I found Holly annoying. I was willing her to banter back with Dec with some of the comments he made but again, nothing. She is too giggly. She does, however have great taste in clothes and I am well jell of her toned legs. I am looking forward to tonight's show just to see what she is wearing.

What has happened to Fleur's music career? She released that annoying Sax song and then has disappeared. Has she been dropped from Syco?

This series feels fun, the line up I’ve either already heard of and/or they look fun.

I like it when they are nice to each other too. I think Anne will come into her own and be brilliant once she acclimatises.

I don't want anne picked on but

1. she did really well in the car challenge and swimming on the first day
2. completing this means a move to main camp and more comfort
3. the point of the show is to do trials and win food she has been voted once and we haven't yet seen how she has found it yet. It's a bit soon to think she is being picked on.

I actually think as soon as everyone is eligible main camp will be getting a lot of votes Malik is a screamer Harry is funny I'm predicting and even spread of trails this year.

I thought vamps singer did eat the met but I'm probably wrong.

Meghan has been on extra camp this week it's very unlikely she will go in now. Thankfully.

I think the producers are deliberately setting it up to avoid one person being ‘picked on’. Making the person voted for the first time effectively immune from the next one and the same for the second task is clever. I expect more manipulations to ensure we don’t have anyone ‘doing a gillian’ to come.

Also setting it up so voting for someone gets them a ticket to the nice camp (after the trial) is a nice twist which stops the witch hunting too.

John and Nick were a bit patronising I thought in that luxury item trial - I could imagine clashing with them. They may have meant to be reassuring I don't know, - keep still - don't move - calm down.

I predict that future conflict may involve those two.

John and nick will definitely clash they both see them self in the dad/leader/I can do anything role.

They are trying super hard to be the supportive ones but yeah totally patronising

I also foresee clashes between John and Nick who both want to be the alphmale. Harry will be the dddymof the camp, and I also think is a favourite to win. Rita and Emily have proved themselves,to,be gutsy, and Fleur likeable.

i think anybody voted for more than 2 trials in a row should be immune from the next so its fairer and it gets boring if the same person gets voted because of a weakness

in saying that i really hope there are not loads of "exempt from them either"

they are getting paid for this and do well £££££££££ after its over,nobody makes them sign up so i hope it dosent end up like one year where it was used alot
