My HA are silver behind my ear with a tube and then fill the whole of my ear. I am actually proud of them and tell people that I am wearing them. Like the dentist cos if she walked behind me I would struggle to hear her so I said if I don't answer you I am just not hearing you not ignoring you. 🙂🙂🙂

I use lip reading too, so if you meet someone who is deaf speak normally facing them straight on, please repeat things over and over again and not say "oh it doesn't matter"
Please don't over accentuate your words and syllables cos it makes it much harder
I think it is a very interesting skill to learn, even when you aren't deaf especially when watching people while waiting for something like a plane. 🙂🙂🙂
I quite agree that rhuma going deaf one day is silly and that IMHO it is much more likely to be something else, that might mean she disappears
