Connie got thru on public vote. 2nd and third were the black guy looking after his brothers kids and BarWizards. The panel said that the black guy was the best singer on the whole series but then dumped him out in favour of the BarWizards for entertainment value.

Connie was a sweet little 6 year old but she should not have got though. It is ridiculous. The impersonator should really have gone through.

I don't agree . I think Connie has far more natural talent than Bessie. Bessie has been stage schooled trained to an inch of her life, but I very much doubt she can do anything but the cockney sparrow.

connie definitely didn't sing as well as the judges said last night, i thought her performance was ropey. but she can sing, that somewhere over the rainbow was amazing. apparently julie andrews, when she was a child star, was found to have a very adult set of 'pipes'. i wonder if connie's the same, she does seem to have very adult control.
