dogs, she ( jean) is a good actress! a bit irritating but she has a heart of gold.
I do believe Hayley would know what a allen key is to be fair, she is pretty street wise and had to bring herself up while her useless mum frittered away the housekeeping on alcohol., plus she was trying to fix up the cab a while back and seemed to know what to do etc. I do like the character and would love her and Ken to get it together - but ( another guess) i suppose Alfie will rock up once the baby is born and ruin it all!
