Soup but enough people coming in and out and sorting through boxes etc? The minute Meena was traipsing through, someone could have scrubbed off the blood.

I did wonder if the dissolving goo a) left a residue?? b) was based in science at least?

Well, white blood cells do clean up foreign materials and infectious agents, so there is a very tenuous scientific basis for it, but I'm not entirely convinced by the speed with which the various solutions were whipped up (by a non-expert), although it's handy that they were all different pretty colours.

I was wondering whether these treatments are 'real' as such. It was all solved too quickly in the end. I hope they are not giving false hope to people with this storyline.

The Jac/Fletch romance seems all wrong now, wonder if that will be picked up on again.
The Donna/Zav kiss was at least a bit more convincing.

Was lonely seeing Mo back! I thought she and Mr T had broken up ages ago though?? Around the storyline where the baby was bruised or has fractures or something and Mr T semi-believed Mo caused them?

I can’t believe how lucid, coherent and conversational Jac was immediately after waking up from a serious operation and having been in a coma for 48 hours.... how very believable.....

Do we know who's depicted in the sketch that Gaskill had hidden away?

That whole side of Gaskill's story (the branding and sketch) have yet to be explained...

I think the drawing is Lana's mother. I reckon Lana is his daughter. I laughed how Sacha needed to check he knew what Phagocytes were.. That's KS3 science! You certainly couldn't have cultured antigen specific phagocytes in such a short time. And they wouldn't be purple.. It would be straw coloured like plasma or the colour of a culture medium which would have been the same for all. Tsk tsk on the science inaccuracies (said the ex biology teacher/degree level cell culture researcher)

First time I have ever cheered Selfie. He seems like an angel compared to Gaskill.

I loved that episode. Extreme artistic licensing aside, it’s great to see Mo back and I was really pleased to see that Gaskell wasn’t lazily left as an evil genius driven mad and Hannsen’s resolution with that conflict.

Now I just really need to see HH happy, preferably snared by Derwood’s mother
