Well I hope she did mean Sacha to look after Emma, he would be a much better bet than Fletch. Although in real life Johnny would come back for her in the circumstances wouldn't he. He was a good father to Emma for ages in the beginning because Jac had no interest in her. I hope Holby don't think they can get away with re-writing history on that one.
In any case it will be the mythical nanny that will look after her, same as Fletch's kids. The nannies that never need to take time off and are always available at any time of the day or night.
Surely the lake would have to be searched for Gaskill's body and then we will know whether he really drowned or not? Of course it is Holby so they will probably just move on without mentioning it again.
Looks like Mo and Selfie are coming in to save Jac from yet another near death experience. A heart transplant and brain surgery. She can self-cert for a week off after that.
There are some new characters coming in the new year as well. I wonder if they will finally get rid of some of the old characters that have exhausted story lines.
