schaden ouch indeed, no stranger to "showstopper challenges" of this gastro type but in this instance was just my 55th birthday present from the NHS screening programme 🤣.

Did tonight’s commentary over egg the heat in the tent for drama? I only ask as Ruby and Sandy were wearing jumpers and most of the guys had thick long sleeved shirts on. Then Pru came out at the end with heavy jacket on.

I did NOT like Karen last week. Like her even less tonight. I was really hoping she'd be out.
I think Terry will go next week. He's been hanging on by the skin of his teeth for the last fortnight.

I found Bryony less irritating tonight though.

I wondered about the heat and the jumpers as well.

Why are they all so heavy handed plonking the cakes in and out of the oven?
I liked the look of the black forest tray bakes. I wish I could have one or two right now.

I use Dr oetker, it's chocolate frosting is dairy free and tastes better than butter icing made with dairy free butter.

Late to the party as was taking DS to footy practise. Manon a popular chant there but not the baker

Somany of them are totally forgettable.

I can’t put my finger on what’s not working with Noel n Sandi but it’s really not, is it?

I know there’s a big gaping Mel n Sue shaped hole and there’s an element of that

But it’s more than that

I liked Noel before this but not sure this vehicle working for him

Not sure if it’s editing, lack of chemistry with Sandi, lack of interest in baking or what but he always seems to fall a little short

Like the Marie Antionette outfit

That should’ve been funny but wasn’t

And the rest of the time he’s just there looking like a crow, wearing a weirdy shirt and looking a bit bored

And Sandi tbh is a bit dull
