Although I can see Jack1’s point that Dani doesn’t seem to put any value on hearing her loves her (do think the lie detector test is utter nonsense), I think he can get a bit nasty when she doesn’t respond how he thinks she should. He did it a few weeks back about the poster issue.

I think jack panics and get defensive, as opposed to angry. You can see it in his eyes, he's trying to work Out what to do, and attack is the best form of defence.

I think he was right, she didn't ask if he would cheat. She asked if he would be tempted and everyone gets tempted, so I think her exoecting him never to be tempted is unreasonable, the issue is if he would ever act on that temptation and she didn't ask that question.

She asked the wrong question basically.

Feel really sorry for Alexandra. I’m still undecided as to whether I think Alex is gay/asexual. But he definitely isn’t into Alex3. She must be feeling really shit after him creeping back and laying it in thick. He’s 100% more interested in Jack and Dani.

On a side note. How hot was Jack1 tonight?! Always thought he was cute but tonight he looked so good! He’s got beautiful blue eyes.

I think Jack does really like Dani. She was going to get stressed over some of the negative outcomes of the test. She has been treated bad in the past and he has been with a lot of young ladies. I still want them to win. I also agree with the lie detector comments. If you are a stressed and nervous person, surely it affects the results.

Exactly, you can find someone attractive you can be tempted and never act on it because you love your partner. I think Dani is simply young and doesn't understand that nuance. I think jack does understand that nuance and that's the issue.

The root for his nastiness may be because he feels defensive, but I find how he responds with conflict unpleasant.

Me too. It makes me feel sick and manipulated.

I never watched BB because I felt it was so manipulative, and I'm annoyed let my guard down for this.

I think the producers should given some declaration to put the test in context, because the contestants are not educated enough to actually know how it works.

A complete gatecrasher to this thread. Been lurking for ages. But had to de-lurk to agree how Jack1 was gorgeous tonight after not seeing the attraction at all until now.

I agree Jack and Dani will have made up by tomorrow, but unless it’s a fake argument, I don’t like how Jack deals with conflict.

When I was young I fancied fit guys who weren't my type at all. I didn't want to marry them but I'd be happy to snog them.

But you can find someone both physically and mentally attractive and be tempted and never act on it, or even wish to act on it. It would be unnatural to think if you love someone you will never meet another human you find physically and mentally attractive, it doesn't mean in any way shape nor form you'd remotely consider cheating.

I think this is where Dani's immaturity is showing, she wants to know jack will never be tempted by another woman. Not she wants to know he will never cheat, she wants to know he'd never even be tempted by someone , and at some point, anyone can be tempted if they meet the right person. Being in love doesn't make you dead from the waist down or the neck up.

I think Jack and Dan's argument was a bit set up. At one point Jack did a sort of 'ummmm' pause which made it sound like he had forgotten his script for a second. I know you can forget what to say in a real argument, but it sounded weird.

Yeah I'm not sure about Alex.

I do think overtly sexy puts him off, and bizzarely my daughter house shares with a doctor and he's the same, totally straight, but he wants limited make up and a girl who dresses demurely and he's a young attractive chap. They all take the piss out him, but I suspect something similar with Alex, he's looking for sporty, relatively demure kind of female. I think alexsandra going overtly sexy into hideaway didn't do it for him and he felt pressured and turned off.

As much as we might find it odd, some guys really don't like overtly sexy even though they are straight. Even though alexsandra looked phenomenal I think it had the opposite affect on him that she planned.
