I was so hoping Sonya and Hadil would somehow end up in the elimination house kitchen! They are absolutely vile about everyone’s cooking-not a good word to say about anyone. None of the other teams act like this-they give praise where it is due. Olga and Valeria used to be really critical, verbally, yet gave fair scores, and now have definitely mellowed, but they used to be quite funny in their criticism, whereas the “Persian Princesses” are just supercilious and utterly obnoxious. It’ll be a travesty if they win (I’ve avoided googling anything just in case I see the results) as they are so unlikeable. Anna and Henry’s menu was perfect tonight. Suck on that, you marrowbone-loving prima donnas!

How is kofta more fine dining than panna cotta?

So if they had stuck the cinnamon stick inside the panna cotta rather than lean it against it, that would have been the key? Got it...

They did not do this when I ate at Galvin at Windows. I must inform Michelin immediately to take away their star. Maybe they’ll hire Hadil as inspector.

I've a feeling has to be a giant cinnomon stick. Common non-giant sticks do not count.

I'm fairly sure there will soon be Hadil Stars. Which will have a deeper insight to fine dining that those meaningless Michelin stars. (Note the lack of a capital s. They do not warrant one.)

Hadil Stars will only be given if poor people do not enter the restaurant. Ever.

I have a cooking question. I want to do Henry and Anna’s dates at Christmas but my mum doesn’t eat meat. Can anyone thing if something that could work instead of prosciutto that will be veggie? If not she can have a nude date 🙈

From what I can recall about making veggie devils on horseback was strips of either parsnip or chargrilled aubergine.

Though I didn't actually try it as the veggie said before that they probably wouldn't eat them anyway.

I'm going to do the blue cheese dates. I absolutely love blue cheese.

I just love Anna’s face, she’s too cute for the competition. She’s like a little toddler. I could squeeze her cheeks.

Hadil is a twat. It’s was done really good, but I could do better. Twat.

I just can’t believe she gave them a compliment! I was in shock. Surpringly undramatic episode. Shows that Hadil didn’t like those Italians that much lol. When Kim and Suong got their first scores I was like “well they’re halfway there on the boys judges score already, game over”. I’m surprised Pete liked the main and thought it was the best of the competition.

From the clips at the start I’d deduce it’s during the Mums’ instant restaurant someone it dismissed. So it’s not them!!!

Also now interested to know who gets carted off in an ambulance. If it’s anyone.

Bacon on ice cream is, erm, interesting.

Have to say each time Colin takes a bit and closes his eyes I think of ALemonyPea gettting raged at it. Though must say each now it’s been pointed out, it is annoying!!!

I’ve watched a few Hell’s Kitchen USAs and they always clip an ambulance yet nothing happens but never seen it on MKR even when that lady had to leave because she had some optic nerve issue and basically was temporarily blind.

I was going to say when they said it’s instant restaurants again and with you saying many is in a tux it can only be Botox restaurant or Hadil/Sonya restaurant. It’s interesting seeing Stella and jazzey and Hebert and Anna get fed up of them too. Mrs Hat from Sesame Street Avenue Q (she’s not PG anymore) is annoying me now too. I have anxiety so at first I felt I could relate but saying stuff like they can’t catch a break from something that’s their own human error and just not handling when things go wrong still is grating on me.

First tome I’ve not liked Hadil and Sonya’s food. I don’t like Turkish delight and chocolate together and that cake sounded like hard work to eat.

I like that the boys one. It meant the most to them but a rich chocolate gelato is clearly going to be crowd favourite. I’m not sure colon understands the point of a sundae if he thinks less is more 😂

I don't think hat man is explaining more than anyone else. Emily was furious with him at the last IR because he sploshed sauce from the pan as a last minute panic after she'd carefully ladelled it in. I'd have hit him with the ladle tbf.

Hadil is so up herself. Flummoxed as to why she was so confident of her Vietnamese cooking, she was nearly in elimination house instead of #2 Italian team. The waitress friends were very funny about her.

The knock out challenges and elimination house are growing on me because they all cook. I couldn't give a shit about group challenges and good leaders.

Manu is wearing a white tux at the kick off. I think I know whose restaurant it is and they showed who it was that was asked to leave the table didn't they? (I watched episode one again after the first 4).

No, Hat Man doesn't explain more. He's just more annoying doing it. Probably because he spews out words, often thst made up, frequently in odd order.

I don't recall the surroundings in the first episode only recall Manu in his tux. But in the clip we saw of it in yesterday's episode the surroundings seems quite Asian. I was just going on that and assumed it was the Mums' restaurant.

I would love to have tried the Italian sundae. I love a good gelato. There is an amazing gelato shop about half an hour drive from mine, it’s always busy, but so worth it.

I agree it's the mums restaurant. It's been cut to look like it's the Sydney sisters. Hadil is so awful. I hope it's them. It looks like six of one so maybe they should both go.

Hat man didn’t explain more but he used to explain differently, he’s eased up now. Before he talked like he was on a cooking show when everyone else just said what they were doing or trying to do. He would explain it as if he was very accomplished and teaching you.

When you first said mums I thought you meant Botox sister but you’re right I just watched it back and it def looks like an Asian setting.
