Laura annoys the shit out of me but I do feel like that tweet was the harshest (they could have chosen much harsher ones about Georgia).

I realise from this thread there are completely opposite views to this, but on the whole I like Ellie. I have really come to dislike Georgia this past week. She is arrogant and I still think she was sneaky about her motivation for asking Jack2 out, making out she only asked him as he would be a laugh when the truth was she fancied him.

I am unimpressed a PP described Alex3 as too hefty. Nice to see someone with a more standard physique than the incredibly slim and toned bodies. Also she is not hefty, ridiculous!

Agree re Alex 3, refreshing to see a “curvier” figure, especially as my body is shot post part. All those thongs and undappled thighs were making me a bit...

The problem this year is that there are very few sympathetic characters. The only 2 people I like are Laura and Alex, and they really push the limits.

Georgia is such a pita but I don't like how in first look Kaz and Josh are giggling about georgia, I think because they obviously hurt Georgia and have shown very little empathy for her, at the end of the day I blame Josh for creating the monster that is Georgia. Kaz has come across as really bitchy throughout the whole show.

I also don't think the villa treats Laura very well, she's very insecure but no one ever seems to be supporting her, and a lot of the time what she says is the truth. I think there been an element of misogyny in how the boys have treated the girls when they've been hurt and I really don't like it.

With characters like Laura you get compassion fatigue.

First there was the angst while she was with Wes, then there was the angst because Wes ditched her, then there was angst about Jack and G, and now there’s more Jack angst.

I was wondering, even though I hated seeing so many people sitting smoking last year, is that what's missing this year? It always meant there was a mix of girls and boys talking/bitching/flirting. my dd told me they are allowed out 1 at a time to smoke, not sure if that's right.

There is definitely something missing from it this year or maybe too much time spent on the wrong couples as others have said, I'm still watching but it is starting to bore me.

If you watch first look, last ten mins of the episodes where people recouple or get dumped, and read this thread then you can still follow the programme but spare yourself the boring bits!

I actually think Georgia and Sam seem well suited. They seem to get on.

Laura seems intelligent, articulate and very good at reading people. She also seems insecure and I hate watching her being so needy that they know they can do what they like to her. She is astute enough to recognise people’s flaws yet seems to genuinely crave their affections. New Jack is awful. As big a game player as any of them in there but worse than them because he is so calculating and self aware of what he needs to do and say that he seems quite sinister to me. Laura needs to speak to the in-house psychologist and I hope they are helping her day to day. What was the tweet? I missed it.?

Georgia is horrible. So arrogant and nasty for someone so young. She is ok looking but it is hard to see past her ugliness on the inside.

Hurrah! I've remembered my mn password and can join in AND it's the twitter challenge. This is my first LI and lots of work mates have been talking about this one. Looking forward to seeing it all unfold (even though it's probably going to be a bit dull... I'm still hooked)
