I'll be fine, thanks everyone. It's just IBS (so I'm told) but I get referred pain up in my shoulder as well and it's bad today.

I'm making lasagne and realised I don't have any tomatoes! Oh well, it'll have to do.

I made chilli for dh- and then then didn't have kidney beans so had to go out and get some. So that was nice.

Especially as I stood in front of the bloody kidney beans yesterday , debating getting them.

Wish I’d seen Andy Murray on telly - hope he’s not contemplating retirement yet and getting his feet under the Wimbledon table already

Will hopefully get to see the Rafa/Delpo match - we have v limited channels where we’re staying so will have to go to a bar - hope the match is not too stressful - I’ve got a sun hat to hide under just in case

Hope I don’t peak too early for the footy match (ie drink too much beer) - watch out for random posting!

You definitely all need Rafa to do your shopping (and cooking). I bet he’s quite handy round the kitchen.

Murray said he can't commentate in the morning as he is training so don't think he's retiring just yet
