Ah I get you whyohwine. Although I think it would be interesting to do it like last year and force Wes and Megan to couple up with 2 newbies. Megan has already spent more time apart from Wes than with him.

apparently a tabloid is reporting that several core cast members end up getting kicked out. Which makes me think that the post-CasaAmour recoupling definitely won't work like last year, because it's very hard to imagine a scenario where any of the orginals (with the possible exception of Samira) leave if the rules were the same. Plus they must know they risk ending up having 20 people / 10 couples in the villa if they used last year's rules, which seems way too much.

However, one thing that we didn’t see was Alex (as in the nation’s sweetheart Doctor Alex) and Laura enjoying a steamy snog. Apparently the scene wasn’t shown with Love Island bosses deciding to cut it during the editing process – though it was ‘a proper snog’ and not just a peck, according to insiders.

A few days ago I read two of the girls snogged as well, but was cut.

TBH we have hardly seen much of the newbies it takes time to fit in.
Most newbies need a week, that's way it's kinda pointless doing this, unless they did double eps so we could see more..

I hope it's not true that several originals get the boot. Nobody cares about the newbies yet.

@unique apparently it was during the snog marry avoid game, and Laura chose to snog Alex, so not as interesting as it sounds. They should have shown it though, then we can stop feeling sorry for Alex!

That's really weird that they didn't even say who Laura snogged and just jumped to her marrying Wes.
They rushed through Zara and Ellie too but the narrator at least kept us informed.

I wish they would do double eps! Totally agree about Darylle's piercing, it looks awful.

Actually, if Wes, Josh, Adam, Sam and Alex went (original boys) I wouldn't be that bothered. All original girls deserve to stay though.

Maybe it will be the opposite this year, so that if one of the couple recouples and the other stays faithful if will be the recoupled pair that goes home.

The new boys are all so utterly disappointing, I wish they’d send original Charlie back in, wasn’t that arsed about him at the time but he was better than these bargain basement rejects.

The new girls are all a bit ‘meh’ too. I like Kaz, though not at the expense of Georgia.

I want the new villa and new people to go away basically, and take Wes and Josh with them, and send some decent boys in there. Originally I wanted them to take Smeggles too, but the jury is out after last night, she’s vile but the boys are viler- totally predictable and nothing to offer between them. New Alex strikes me as really creepy and predatory in quite a sinister way actually, I’ve met a few like him and he turns my stomach a bit. The new boys make me hanker for Eyal actually, he might bore for England but I think he was fairly inoffensive and decent deep down.

I agree about the new Alex he turns my stomach. He kind of pounced on Megan for the snog yesterday...was a bit grim.
