Yeah it's weird, normally if someone gets dumped, and Did what Megan did everyone would rush to the one who got dumped, because let's face it no one likes that.
But literally in this case, other than Georgia, no one went to Laura, no one tried to help her. And Megan's clearly not hugely popular either, so it wasn't that, but for some reason they all left Laura to it. So there is definitely something more than we have seen. It's not a normal reaction. They are not all bitches lacking empathy so clearly something more.

And no I don't think Ellie is as sweet as originally thought. I posted right at the start she was smirking when Megan basically said she was done with eyal. I wonder if he was the reason she decided not to give it a crack with Alex, as Megan was already complaining about eyal at that stage. So she may have sensed an opportunity there. From first clips, eyal clearly is aware he stands a chance....
