I disagree - I think Ellie does like Alex but doesn't enjoy the scrutiny from the others.

I thought Alex was really aggressive when Samira suggested Ellie was fake.
He really laid into her when she was trying to explain herself.

Auditions are open til next month, there'll be a few more islanders yet!

Samira wasn’t trying to explain herself to my mind. She was trying to bad mouth Ellie so Alex would pick her as she knew him liking Ellie made her really vulnerable. I don’t think Ellie has put a foot wrong. Whether she’s playing a game or not remains to be seen 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’m so glad Samira was picked!!! It’s made my day (sad I know). I thought she came over really genuinely on the date - nervous so she talked crap - but it felt REAL for once

I can't get over that toned down photo of Rosie. She's so incredibly pretty yet, yes! She looks like Pete Burns with all that slap on!

I think Ellie and Sam are going to hook up and Alex is going to scuttle back to my girl, Samira. Everyone loves an underdog and most of the other couples are completely unbelievable.

For some reason, the bit about I think Alex and Samira will win got lost in that last post!

I really want Alex and Samira to win top two (with other people obviously!). Love an underdog and it would be such a turn-around. I think they’ve both conducted themselves with dignity so far. Just realised I’m really boring

I reckon Jack and Dani or Josh and Georgia will win. I think both couples genuinely like each other and Georgia is growing on me.

But the people I want to win reality shows (I'm looking at you celeb bb) rarely do... so what do i know?

Ellie doesn't like Alex ( playing it safe). Also pretty gutted Rosie is gone, I really disliked her but I would much rather watch her ridiculous, slutty, shenanigans than Sam, she's so boring! 😂

I do think so far he's a bloody brilliant TV boyfriend. His balls are so blue they're Smurf balls but he never tries it on with her, and he's very emotionally supportive.

But they are rapidly becoming the old married couple of the villa, which is deathly dull.

I don't think Ellie is playing it safe to go for Alex - she knows full well it may not work out - safe would have been to let Sam choose her if he wanted. She actively put him off.

I was disappointed with Samira being picked. Even in a date she couldn't flirt: all "dyaknowharramean??" and being awkward as fuck. I can't imagine it's going to be a very interesting coupling.

I like Sam, but I think Sam+Sam will be a total bore fest.

Ellie's playing it safe with Alex as she knows he won't piss her about, whereas she doesn't know Sam from Adam (sorry haha!) and risked him wanting to recouple with another girl if they didn't hit it off.

Yes Sam + Sam will be a total bore fest, couldn't agree more. Ellie knows that coupling up with Alex will benifit her. It's so obvious from her body language she doesn't like him, she says all the right things, she seems a nice girl, but she is not in to him xx

She doesn't know if it will work with Alex - she told him that today. And if it doesn't she may be out.

They really need to put a guy in for Samira and possible one for Zara because viewers would love to see Adam be in that position.

I reckon they thought more would come of Charlie being there for Samira, even if he still went for Hayley but she didn’t cause any drama about it and just backed off quite quickly when she read the signals he was more into Hayley.

I think she’s afraid of getting hurt and not just getting hurt but on telly too. At least she’s been honest that Sam isn’t her type (waxed eyebrows) so we know this isn’t it for her.

Sam is too viewer conscious.

I think Ellie is genuine. She was flirting with Sam when he came in but I think she’s had her one drink and I also think it was for Zara too. Not that she’s attracted to her but she’s more playful with her so when they were talking in a 3 he benefited from that.

Or maybe she does fancy Zara. She was the one that asked for a kiss 😂 (I jest, clearly).

Also hope they do a boy elimination next week rather than couple. We’ve only lost girls on their own. It means the boys are not getting mixed up much.

I agree and thought it was a little unfair that they didn’t switch it all and let the girls vote this week. Because of Niall leaving (did we ever find what that was about? I’m non Uk so don’t know), the girls haven’t been granted any true power yet.

I do wonder what caused Adam to apologise. Either he was directed to do so or Sam told him the furore. I think it has to be he was directed to do so.

Which would indicate the editing of his discussions with and about Rosie might have inadvertently skewed perception.

If was a genuine portrayal the producers would done nothing more, the apology tells us someone is trying to fix it. No way he'd have just decided to apologise, even with sams comment, and no way Sam would have been allowed to tell him about the outside reaction.

And I can't get my head round Samira, that girl not only can't flirt, she can't even bring herself to fake it. God knows what will happen with Sam, but I'm not seeing romance there, so I don't think it will last. He will decouple away from her. She was only having a go about Ellie so Alex would pick her. Which was quite bitchy. She's done it a couple of times, and both times it's been about self preservation. I think she'd have preferred to have been picked by Alex so no romantic pressure on her.

I think they had Sam pick Sam as Rosie will be great value for the show on the outside.

I think there is zero chemistry between Samira and Sam and can’t see them in a romantic couple at all. It wouldn’t suprise me if Sam and Ellie get together and Samira and Alex decide to recouple.

Ellie's either a master game player or very genuine, either way I like her. Alex is still no-game central but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

I don't think we'd seen the best of Samira till the date, you see a different side of her when she likes someone.

Sam’s recoupling speech was definitely written for him to make it sound like he was going to pick Rosie. Glad she’s gone, even just for her own reputation. I can’t see how she can go back to being a respected lawyer again, unless she goes with one of those tacky firms who advertise on the TV and like the publicity.

Those saying Zara is a cold fish - uncanny!
