I love J/D and just have a huge grin on my face whenever they are on screen. Same with Wes and Laura. They genuinely seem to like each other.

100% think Adam has tried it on with Megan. He will have been surprised she didn’t pick him for a date, that kind of man does not understand rejection.

Charlie is super creepy. I don’t like blonde men at all though but he reminds me of the lad off This Is England....the one who was always fighting with the main lot.

I'm not sure if anyone has seen the image of Adam as a kid, there is one doing the rounds, he looks to be about 15. He is very geeky and a bit chubby, clearly him but very much different to now.

Also I understand he is from very, very wealthy parents. His father is a property tycoon and he has elected not to mention it on the show, only that he is a personal trainer, because it would impact perception of him if the women knew about his wealth.

I also suspect Adams question to Rosie about being materialistic was driven by his or what will be his wealth, he doesn't want someone after him for those reasons.

I've just caught up and my God Eyal makes my skin crawl. I dated someone just like him when I was much younger. Watching Eyal makes me so mad at my younger self that i went on more than one date with him. He was utterly gorgeous but soooo self obsessed and very controlling, totally agree with a pp who said they could see Eyal as a cult leader. Possibly projecting a bit here but RUN MEGAN RUN!

Eyal is so cringe and shallow (despite all the deep talk). His good looks soon wear off. I thought Alex handled it well, and was impressed he was nice about Eyal. Megan and Eyal won’t last (if they happen).

Rosie looks so much prettier with no makeup. All that slap is so ageing.

There’s not many characters on here this year. We need a Chris and Kem. I quite like Georgia, she has a bit of oomph

Do they not ever get in the pool??! Haven’t seen one person in there so far! I find it weird how they show clips of them getting ready for the night and then 5 mins later they show them getting ready for bed. Just goes to show that fuck all happens half the time!

There was a program on recently called Five Star Hotel on recently where minor celebrities had to run a boutique hotel on a Greek island. Had Joey Essex and Lydia from TOWIE and Spencer Matthews from Made in Chelsea, amongst others. Some of the holiday makers on that would have been perfect candidates for LI. There was one girl in particular that would have been perfect for Alex. They need some girls with brains in there!

The pool filters would not cope with all the fake tan and make up.

At my uni all the resits were in August, so unless he’s planning on swotting up for the next two months I doubt that’s the issue.

Eyal is the worst. Watching him makes me glad I’m now married and no longer have to go on dates with self-absorbed wankers who once read a daily mail article about body language and think that this now makes them experts on the human condition.

Adam is vile. Never found him particularly attractive- those deep etched lines around his mouth make him look like a meth addict. Also he’s such a prick. He bitched to Kendall because she was holding back too much and then he bitched at Rosie because she’s coming on too strong.

I wish there were a few more “normal” people in the villa. As in regular people you might encounter day to day. But the people they’ve chosen are so veneered and botoxed and over the top superficial they are all caricatures.

I know the producers have deliberately chosen these types for the entertainment value, but if they had one or two average people I think it would provide some much needed contrast and improve the watchability.

As it stands, everyone is so unrelatable to me that I don’t know how much longer the show will hold my interest.

It is the fact that Love Island have stated that he won’t be doing any press interviews, and none of his mates can get hold of him, that is weird. If he was kicked out for breaking their rules they would still use the opportunity to tell a dramatic storyline, think about when Malia was chucked out for her altercation with Kady in Series 2. Hopefully it is something completely mundane and LI have decided the better publicity is to create a mystery and keep us guessing.

The papers are saying that Rosie said something like, "you [Adam] had a go at Niall for being dishonest and then you did the same thing".

Yep not a fan of Eyal at all. I sort of empathise with Hayley now, maybe she wasn't being so bitchy after all! Just love Wes, he's such a sweetie and seems so much more mature than 20. And to not be at all put off by the husband talk! Love how Megan said she didn't go to university because she wanted to make money straight away but then had to supplement her tiny income with stripping! She seems sweet though and not aware of how gorgeous she is.

Yes yes - leelas - the article says it perfectly - the horrible way he rolled his eyes and said 'Ooookkkkk Rosie'. What he SHOULD have said was 'Sorry' but men like that cannot.

I think I'd be quite saddened if Rosie picks Adam tonight. Qualifying as a solicitor is at least five years of hard graft. So she's clearly intelligent. But if she picks that guy she's letting herself down big time.

Danny told her right, you don't let a guy bad mouth you and especially not to another woman like that, hopefully she picks Charlie or someone else.

lavalo oh my word, just had a look and see what you mean! Just had a look at Alex's at the same time and he has sweet photos of his mum and dad on family holidays. Looking at the two accounts makes me think they're not hugely compatible.

Rosie will pick him. It’s the way the coupling thing works. The makers want to keep the more “interesting” participants in for as long as possible for obvious reasons.
The last coupling seemed to be a fix. I have no reason to suppose this one will be any different.
I can also see Sam picking Alex for safety reasons. It’s surely all about being coupled, in order to be in there for as long as possible.

Megan really reminds me of kate upton.

Yeah I don't think Adam is some sort of 'Master Manipulator' either. He is good looking and the girls are naive and want to stay on the island.

Yeah I agree some of them pick to stay in, but I'm not sure Rosie picking Adam will keep her in, we all know he will just dump her for the next woman he can get, be it a new house mate yet to be met or Megan.

I think if boys were picking he wouldn't pick her, he'd pick Megan given the chance.
