Sorry, I must be out of step but I don't like these opera singers : I am never convinced they are that good. they just sing loudly in Italian and we all applaud wildly. if they were that good they would actually be in an opera. Grumble.

I make an exception for La Boyle. Who was clearly a very special undiscovered talent.
