I thought they were married 16 years? I agree that 'Christie not wanting children with anyone but Hannah is a massive hint that the eldest daughter is his!' There was mention in a previous episode about them getting married 'in quite a hurry' – maybe Hannah wanted to get married fast because she was already up the duff with Christie's child, and just led everyone to believe (or let them assume) that it was Nathan's?

I don't fully understand the mum and estranged dad thing either. I think she had an affair, or something happened anyway, that for some reason broke up the marriage or made her feel she had to get rid of him out of her and the girls' lives but keep paying him off.
I have also wondered about her female best friend/PA. She seems very close to the mum and there's something quite physical about their interactions.

The PI found dodgy dealings with money transferred out of the company pension schemes, in the adult DCs' names, to make the company accounts look healthier for selling up. The DC were aware, but it wasn't clear when they found out. They couldn't proceed to have it all out in court or he and the DC could have been subject to criminal charges. The cheating husband agreed to all Goldie's requests, including retaining her role at the company, but it was upsetting because of the DC being liars like their fathers etc.

Most importantly - where did they get Hannah's dress from tonight! I loved the long sleeved navy one she wore to court.

I am getting annoyed with Hannahs wishy washy act. She talks like she is breathless all the time and about to go into a complete panic or what she is saying is vitaly important. Its mostly just sound bites!

Knew the dad was a goner i thought it would happen in church to royaly screw things up. Not a happy bunny though, AH was the reason i started watching it😠

Cant believe she seriously expects Christie not to go to Chicago after all this time. Talk about screwing people around she is as bad as her oh. She has had 20 years to make up her mind and drops that on him the day before he leaves? Selfish.

There's no way a full time barrister and full time divorce solicitor in highly paid London jobs with two primary aged kids don't have a live in nanny.

I didn't like her choosing Christie. I wanted her to keep Nathan suffering for a while, then return to him. That little scene where she hugged her dad had me filling up.

Nathan is such a drip.

Anyone else think they got a second series and thought they should make some loose ends pronto? I’ve never believed the Christie and Hannah thing. Not after so long. It just wouldn’t be that tantalising after all those years. I wanted her to go back to Nathan —nobody’s perfect
