Sorry cinnamon I got that rather wrong. But hope your stepdad is ok anyway!

The only time we have had a call from our GP was when we had to go straight to hospital (do not pass Go) when DH got his cancer diagnosis. I'd panic like blazes if the GP phoned me up at all!
