On not realising she still looks male, I think she's probably so enamored with her new toys (moobs and surgical approximation of a vulva) that she fails to notice her absence of hips, thin male pattern hair, man paunch, high forehead etc.

I genuinely see her as having the emotional evolution of a 12 year old.

I feel quite bad for India, she will never be happy whilst so confused and insecure and I can see her frustration/lashing out is because of this.
I can't respect or like her though for being so dismissive of hard-won LGBT rights, or those of women.
I don't see her as a 'real woman' simply based on the fact that she isn't, not because of her personality traits or for doing things like oiling up her boobs. Harry Amelia was always topless when she was on BB and she's definitely a woman.
