Quite a leap for Jac to suggest the holiday to Fletch - surely she'd know that a single parent of school-age children can't just take off on a whim?

Jac and fletch need to happen. They both deserve some happiness.

Even if they do get together it won't last. This is Holby, the writers don't allow anyone to be happy. There'll be some simple misunderstanding the following week and they'll fall out or one of them will die

They've laid it all in so thick though SoupD, the kids know, a few of the stuff know, their both beginning to realise it. I'm happy for it to burn bright and short adding them stay friends, or even just a eggnog in the cupboard but seriously I can't cope waiting a month

I’m curious to know what Fletch earns, considering he seems to have constantly available, round the clock childcare for four kids, including the one in the hospital nursery. Plus still affords kids karate and theme parks. Must have been a whopping payrise.
