Just read the first article I've seen about the January CBB - apparently they are starting off with all women.

Didn't they do this before or has reality TV made me imagine things?

Will anyone be watching this time???

The difference being neither Nadia or Kelly were in a supposedly all female house.

Also, at the time of Nadia at least, there wasn’t this level of trans activism at play.

I love Rachel's hair but i want her to cut the fringe.

I think it is the XX thing in the titles about a non XX person being in there - that constantly has to keep reminding the others that they were a man

I really don't care either way about how people live in RL and never seen IW before on TV so IW themselves is not anyone I have an opinion on

I really liked Nadia

My problem is that IW won't let anybody else speak about how women feel or discrimination or any other subject without IW flouncing out of the room or basically tell them to stop talking just cos IW hasn't experienced it.

Why can't IW just sit and listen to the others POV and maybe learn something?

I would actually rather that CBB would do an episode without IW in it just so we can see and hear what the others are saying or doing

I was never a fan of wife-beater Kellie Maloney either.

Nadia was a vulnerable person who was living their own life without trying to claim they were always a woman and mansplaining womanhood to women. It also wasn't meant to be an all-female house.

Nadia was likeable, plus back then i was a 100% supportive TA. There was a TM a few years back too, again a nice balanced person. IW isn’t coming over well but yes i might be being biased as i watch their twitter feed (which amuses and annoys me too)

Just watching BBOTS and this thread came up in active so wanted to share my opinions on Jim Davidson - what a despicable cunt.

Anyway, I like Ann although disagree with some of her strict catholic views - defending the Catholic Church in regards to the abuse claims is pretty grim, but her honestly is refreshing in BB and feels like it’s back to the old days. I wish the men weren’t coming in. Don’t know if I read it here or not but one of the ‘men’ coming in will stir things up with IW and that will be good to see. Started watching with a bias towards disliking IW and I still do, but some of what she says I feel for her about.

Seems it’s kicked off again with IW taking offence - another possible misgendering.

Seems this might be starting to reflect the hidden conflict and manipulation being played out in other circles and online.

Can't believe they allowed India in. So wrong.

Oh come on, I've just caught up in last nights episode and been reading his thread with interest and I can't help but feel it has been engineered that somebody will (soon) upset and offend IW and said offender will be chucked out and forever have their career smeared by anti-trans views. India is all eyes and ears for any descrimination, and seems rather catalystic. Feel like he/she is itching to stand up and angrily shout about the struggles he/she has faced before flouncing off in tears to the diary room to 'take 5 minutes'.

The women have been put on a back foot here. All must act completely ok to be categorised as the same as IW otherwise they are trans-haters. But actually, if they don't feel ok about being in with a man in that scenario, it's fine.

It's as if bb is celebrating women's freedom by emprisoning them in a no-win situation. Get on or get out. Which is basically what we put up with all of the time.

Yes it does make sense in fact BB are making such a heavy handed effort to empower women that it’s kind of backfiring and the men will come in to save the day. Equality doesn’t need shoving down throats it’s about empathy and understanding fellow human beings whatever they label themselves.
