Brilliant. I'm massive and I can't exercise much because I'm in a wheelchair. I take medication that makes me put on weight. I eat perfectly healthily, I don't drink alcohol, caffeine, smoke. I don't eat dairy and wheat.

I'm still massive. I cannot do any more.

Medication can have a massive effect on your weight. I’m on an AD and a beta blocker and it has really affected my weight. They both slow your metabolism but make you more hungry especially the BB I feel like I’m constantly fighting a loosing battle.
