zippitippitoes · 11/04/2007 20:41

they can't be called the feral family

and you can't "try and avoid increasing the price of your budget"

zippitippitoes · 11/04/2007 20:47

i would not be giving the profit to that lazy lump!

OP posts:
zippitippitoes · 11/04/2007 20:53

is all the furniture included in the budget?

OP posts:
Durdle · 11/04/2007 20:56

Surely not. I don't know WHY I watch these shows! Can't even afford my own house! And they're worried about fibre optics? Grrrr....

Olihan · 11/04/2007 20:57

I can never get over how many people on this programme ignore Sarah's advice. Why go on a property development show with someone who has a proven track record in developing then take absolutely no notice of what she says? Insane!

zippitippitoes · 11/04/2007 20:58

they still seem to make money

Durdle · 11/04/2007 20:59

Ooooh those kids are soooo precocious (if that's how you spell it).

AitchTwoOh · 11/04/2007 20:59

oooh, that precocious little madam ferrell... she's an MNer of the future, i'll bet.

Durdle · 11/04/2007 21:06

Ahhh and now we're on to Grand Designs. A show in which a couple try to convert a small disused public toilet which smells of wee into a 14 bedroom mansion with a hot tub heated by small squirrels on wheels in the space of 2 days...... What? What do you mean we're over budget and its not running to schedule?

Olihan · 11/04/2007 21:18

Durdle

AitchTwoOh · 11/04/2007 21:19

i'm watching the teenage transexual thing on bbc3. what a pain in the arse that would be. poor girl should be thinking about university, but everything's on hold until she gets sorted.

foxinsocks · 11/04/2007 21:19

it's a bit dull watching it when the market is rising

what you want is a plummeting market then they get penalised for stupidity

Durdle · 11/04/2007 21:23

Anyone watch ER?

Snowstorm · 11/04/2007 21:25

Exactly how old were those two children?

That precocious girl! I bet she wants to be on TV.

On the plus side, the Beeny was looking RATHER fine once more in her button-up leather jacket and frayed denim skirt and hot fuck-me boots.

controlfreaky2 · 12/04/2007 00:00

what a classy turn of phrase uq

Wotzsaname · 12/04/2007 00:00

UnquietDad i must say that Dh took a sudden interest as soon as Beeny was on!

Beeny didn't quite know what to say to precocious girl, you could see her flinch!

brimfull · 12/04/2007 00:29

lol at hot-fuck-me -boots

Furball · 12/04/2007 07:56

I was in the kitchen when the starting credits were on and Dh shouted in that sarah now looked amazing. Slim, nice makeup, fab hair. Then it started and she was the same as the last series. Just who does her hair do you think? It always looks terrible. The picture of her on the going to/from adverts screen must have been photo shopped?

That lazy lout of a son got a fortune. But at least in the end the mum listened to Sarah and put the bathroom upstairs.

And the ferrel family, well....Can't believe, even with sarah bringing those cars and trying to fit them in the garage, they still kept it, thats just mean on the people who buy the house and it wasn't cheap at 1/2 a million.

Dh commented that the programme shows all the bad points and negativity about the developments and in all fairness they both turned out well, with good finishes.
