OP posts:
Moomin · 12/04/2007 08:02

Started a thread on this just now and didn't notice this one was here already!

a) Beany's new look - GONE are the huge norks - has she had a reduction or is this due to stopping breast-feeding dyou think? Hair much less disasterous now, although some clothing ensembles questionable, overall though thought she was looking foxy . Interesting that UQD thinks that boots and skirt thing was sexy - dh couldn't see anything wrong with it either I wasn't convinced.

b) that family of 4!!!! OMG they were scary

UnquietDad · 12/04/2007 10:45

Were the Beeny norks gone or better-contained? They were always rather fine , not humungous, and only, er, ballooned for a while. see here

You can tell I take a great interest in the property-developing aspects of the programme. All I can say is, if she told me what to do, I wouldn't ignore her.

Moomin · 12/04/2007 12:31

Good grief at those pics. They're definitely smaller now and not just 'contained' (presumably by that you mean one of those 'minimiser' bras that just ends up spreading them all over your front, from underarm to underarm). I think they are smaller, either from lack of breastfeeding or surgery or maybe she's just lost weight and it's all come off her badongers

sassy · 12/04/2007 12:33

Didn't happen naturally in my case moomin !
Was out last night so missed the All New Beeney (though did catch 2 mins of annoying precocious girl at the end). Will watch her frontage with interest next week.

UnquietDad · 12/04/2007 12:35

Smuggling peanuts in that second picture. It must have been a cold day.

muppethasakitten · 12/04/2007 12:37

Whoever ended up buying that house will have felt sick to the stomach that they're responsible for giving that teenage girl thousands and thousands to piss up the wall at uni.

charliecat · 12/04/2007 12:40

Can anyone link me to those hot-fuck-me boots

foxinsocks · 12/04/2007 12:46

yes, funnily enough dh noticed this too .

She's definitely lost a bit of weight and I imagine all the pregnancy/bf effects have worn off. She did have them well contained though - lots of tight jackets.

I thought she looked fantastic (aside from slight badger hair).

UnquietDad · 12/04/2007 13:43

muppethasakitten, I thought that as well! The little madam's going to have half of 80k so she "doesn't come out with a debt"; no, she's going to have it so she can join the Cocktail Society and get blitzed on bacardi breezers with the rugger club.

UnquietDad · 12/04/2007 14:37

Quite interesting here - someone obviously has issues with how the show portrayed them !

LIZS · 12/04/2007 14:44

I hate the way they make money in spite of themselves largely due to market rises. Shouldn't that be factored out in some way ?

MARGOsBeenPlayingWithMyNooNoo · 12/04/2007 22:47

I remember that episode Unquiet Dad

Snaf · 12/04/2007 22:50

Oh, I loved it when the awful child kept butting in at the end and the camera cut to Beeny's rictus grin. It was so obvious what she was thinking. Hilarious.

Her hair looked better, imo. Denim skirt was a bit muttony, though...

MARGOsBeenPlayingWithMyNooNoo · 12/04/2007 22:56

In all honesty, if my dds grew up to be like that I would love it and wouldn't realise how sickly sweet they were. You have blinkers on when it comes to your own kids.

But watching the daughter was as painful as listening to fingernails being scraped down a blackboard

Moomin · 13/04/2007 00:20

sickly sweet? thought they were nauseating and precocious and smug

Totally agree that you could read Beany's face like a book - hilarious!
