Greys Anatomy...Code black - Did anyone watch it?

I thought I recognised the voice of the wife of the man who had the unexploded shell inside him.

Was it the woman from Desperate Housewives? (the crazy woman with the gun in the supermarket)/The sister from Rosanne?

Of course, it didn't look like her, she looked about 2 stone heavier

So people who have seen series 2...how many episodes left before this super dooper finale?

NO SPOILERS please! If someone dies for now I am going to pretend it is:

  • Ellis Grey (sad for Meredith but okay for everyone else)
  • Addison Montgomery Shepherd (allows the writers to play further mind games with us for another series )
  • that's it.

It must not be:

  • Meredith
  • Izzy
  • George
  • Christina
  • Burke
  • whazzisname who runs the hospital (his wife would be okay)
  • Dr Bailey
  • even Alex would be a bit of a shocker

McDreamy - well, I could live with that

Anyway, speculation by those not in the know is okay but please don't spoil the end of the series!

it's none of them. dp would be devastated if addison went. he actually dribbles when she's on!

I wouldn't mind if Alex died. He's not horrid enough to be a good juicy baddie. (like Romano in ER who I loved and was very upset when a helicopter fell on him).

Addison looks much less scary now than when she was first in it, I think we are meant to be more sympathetic to her, particularly her blow-drying traumas in the trailer What exactly is that she does? I thought she was a surgeon as well but if so why would she be in charge of Dr Bailey's labour? (Note Dr Bailey, like Dr Mark Greene, must always be granted the honour of her full title)

Yeah I've wondered that too tribpot...obsretrics ? gynae? paediatrician?
midwife? Plastic surgeon(after that friend who wanted the mastectomy/hysterectomy)?

Basically she is all knowing of womens bits and babies (in/out of the womb).

She is a marvel, but her head is still much too big.

She also consulted on that guy with cystic fibrosis on the grounds she'd done research into CF for children - the woman knows no bounds! On the other hand, as Seattle Grace has set her up in her own clinic, perhaps they need to know what the heck it is she does (or doesn't do) in order to market her correctly

Must watch a couple of her early eps to see how she's introduced. I think it's as a neo-natologist, or something of that ilk.

ooh fellow addicts - no of eps till the finale I think is about 7/8 ish?? and my oh my what a finale it is not to mention the start of series 3. ooh that mcd is soooooo norty! lol.

love GA, even DH is getting hooked. lol.

There are about 11 episodes left but it is definitely worth the wait. It is a 2 parter but both parts are in the same series... not a spoiler, honest!... don't you just hate it when the last part of a 2 parter is in a different series and you have to wait months to find out what happens!

I do sometimes find it hard to believe that Meredith is the love interest as she is not the most attractive but maybe that just lends hope to the rest of us!

I also find it hard to believe that Alex is married with 5 children in 'real life'! Who'd have thought it!!

purple - I like the fact that Meredith isn't the most attractive, although let's face it, the woman hasn't exactly been beaten senseless by the ugly stick. Makes a more interesting dynamic than just 'look at me, I am gorgeous'.

yes thats true mer is less obv than say the blonde one - ooh her name?? can't remember she's the obv pretty one iycwim.

don't like addy really - well you love to hate her type thing, came in for a lot of agro - fabby ep coming up with her in - the sort most women will laugh at.

is alex really married with that many kids? how old are htey all ment to be cos apparently mer is about 35 or something

Would people who are knowning what is happening at the end of series 2 please stop with the little teasers. So now I am wondering how a sad ending (with no big death) fits in with a naughty McD and Starship Atlantis.

Is McD actually a polygamous alien? Does he have another amazingly brilliant wife who is a time travelling astronaut?

Please don't tell if I am right.

Oh it's all too exciting.

well, in real life his wife just had twins, and he had to help with delivery coz ambulance took too long. see, the show is educational as well!!

lol. it's ok don't worry - i'm one of those people who annoys others by giving sooo many hints it's obv and then when asked says "you have to wait and see" whilst grinning drives DH mad! lol.

christinas developingquite well thou I think - is becoming more dynamic if thats the right term - to start he was v much about the job/business etc and clinical but slowly she's showing her emotions more and is getting more intresting.
