I had loads of tapes in the 90s and still got given mixed tapes as late as 2003.

My 18 year old DN saw a cassette a couple of years ago and asked why it had holes in it. 😩👵🏼

I think I still had a big giant hi-fi in the 90's, it played four cds on top, had a radio in the middle and double cassette player on the bottom. I remember all my friends from school coming round to see it. Getting a cool new thing was big deal then. My dc get the whatever the latest gadget is and just shrug and mumble thanks

Oh yes Lois ours was like that too. Three cds loaded on the top and then you could shuffle them. I think my brother still has it.

Ahh, cassettes and a pencil. Happy days.

Check you two out with your fancy hi-fis! I remember getting a potable CD player. It was huge, bulky and jumped whoever it was moved slightly but I was the coolest girl on the school bus for a couple of weeks after getting it.

That would be a terrible storyline! Completely out of character for Honey.

It would hardly be a surprising storyline, the only was it could have been made anymore obvious is if they put signs up in the square saying Jack & Honey are flirting

The Billy bit was the part I thought was terrible. He's part of EE.

Honey and Jack has been brewing from before the sacked producer took over though. It happened before Ronnie died.

Poor Honey, granite faced Jack or pea head Billy. Remember when she almost left Billy because he didn't tell her Jay took drugs? She's just waiting on an excuse to leave him. I'm surprised she didn't when he smudged the sign for Coker and Mitchell.

I thought Honey and Billy's relationship has grown stronger since he started working in Cokers. Of course it is EE and all they need is a disagreement about which cereal to buy to make someone have an affair

Also what was the actual point of Jay getting so drunk at the party, I was deluding myself that it was building up to something like in the old days, but nope sadly nothing.
