Nah, I've changed my mind. Keanu's not the dad,they want you to think he is, which means he isn't. EE loves a pointlessly drawn out storyline. She's confided in him and he has promised to look after her, but he won't be the father.

It was pretty well publicised that the two actors and characters have learning difficulties before the characters were introduced, is it really a spoiler to confirm press releases on here? Seems a bit strict Hmm

I don't read soap magazines or newspaper TV pages, so yes I had no idea and was a spoiler for me. While lots people will know what happening next week some of us have no idea at all. My life is dull I need some suprises!

Only things like obvious pregnancy when you know a character is going. But is spoilt when someone said oh look Michelle is back next week. Was complete suprise to me.

It was only published in actual magazines. It wasn't on news at ten. You have to seek out that kind of information.

Nah I don't think the brother is the Dad after all either. Too obvious but then SOC made things very very obvious so maybe he is. What was the initial on the bench - B loves U I thought? Carmel said she knew them from before although Karen didn't seem to know who Shaki's mum was. Carmel has three sons. I think it is Carmel's third son!

Thursday was the first day we really seen youngest and that he spoke? Other than respond to calls of go to school or get your dinner. So when did we see her talking to him before and him not replying? He hasn't been displaying any other kind of behaviour for clues. I still working out who's who never mind worked out special needs. So no I've no idea who the other child with special needs is yet either.

The stealing of the bench was funny ..... least they have somewhere to sit now apart from fold up deck chairs

I reckon the babys dad is one of Keanu's friends, who has said he doesn't want anything to do with her or baby. Now her brother feels guilty which is why he has offered to pay for everything, doesn't want his mum to find out as he knows he'll get the blame and be kicked out.

I'm just hoping it doesn't turn out to be him!

Even if it isn't Keanu, to have a strong hint of an incestuous relationship as the cliffhanger feels a bit odd to me. Then again, it's entirely in keeping with the now departed boss's way of doing things.

Thought it was pretty obvious he was the daddy. As others said i cant see him being a blood relative. It's too far even for EE.
Someone mentioned the brookside story. If I remember correctly they was only step sibblings. As far as I'm aware full on consensual insest has never been done in a soap. But it does happen in RL

I just caught up with yesterday. Firstly I'm sorry but I don't give a shit about Dave/Lucky.
The obviously want us to think the brother is the baby daddy which means he probably isn't.
Abbey is an evil little cow, they should carry on with this & make her like Janine, needy noany abs is boring, evil nutcase Abs is much more interesting.
If Steven is going mad again I hope Jane stays out of his way, she has a nasty habit of getting in the way of the Beale kids temper tantrums. I predict Steven running off with Louis ( probably to the roof of the Vic, that's where all the action happens)

Funnyfarmer it has - Georgia and Nat in Brookside were half siblings, and there was a 'twincest' story in hollyoaks. Also Irish soap fair city had half siblings in a relationship. Corrie and Eastenders haven't had one though.
