I think for it it make any sense at all it has to be someone who has a problem with all the girls from their high school days, right from the start of the series which really makes me think it's going to be Lucas/Mona/Paige (I know Jenna would have the biggest hatred but it would be too obvious for it to be her and we know they're paying for her eyes!)
