PLL Running commentry!!!

It's here...after eight months of waiting!! So I'm starting a live PLL thread for the first ep. Comments...spoilers...."yeah, right"s....

Anyone want to join? If so, what time shall we press the "play" button and get addicted engrossed in the first of shw final ten? sob

It was...thought provoking. Darker than PLL. Those who know me from other threads will get why I had to turn a few parts of it off and take a break. What did you think?

Actually, having typed the above, I find it's screwed me up a little more than I thought. I now have The Raggy Dolls playing on the vcr (!) for some light relief. 😂

I loved it but found it extremely emotional. I liked the fact that the characters had so many dimensions to them and seemed to break common stereotypes. I found it hard to watch at times but thought it was very well acted and filmed. It really stayed with me which was hard but very thought provoking. It also made me feel so incredibly sorry for teenagers nowadays. Bullying/peer pressure was bad enough for my generation in the early days of social media, I can't imagine the pressure on teenagers now.

I'm sorry you were affected by 13, Radley.

I found parts of it hard to stomach.

But, I agree that it was thought provoking. I know it's controversial but I didn't think it glamourised suicide in anyway.

In fact, the suicide scene was the total opposite and really gut-wrenchingly sad and lonely.

Riverdale is not too bad really. I had low expectations, but it's something I look forward to watching weekly now. Not as good as PLL, but similar in a sense.

Currently watching Fargo. Then plan to get onto the next season of How to Get Away with Murder (which might appeal to people on this thread!)

I didn't like 13. But it's rare that I do really like a show Grin

I wonder if any of the Main Four die...lure us in with the boring shite quiet tranquillity of last week- after all, Hanna only got trapped in ONE room, so no biggie- then bam! RIP one of the MF!

Love Haleb, no matter how screwed up Hanna is atm.
And really would love Spencer and Toby back together. Yvonne doesn't fit there at all.
