I HATE HATE HATE Me Too on Cbeebies. It is soooo annoying! Granny Murray is an idiot and everyone else is just weird! Also I hate the new Fireman Sams, they are just awful. Why mess with Norman Price? He was the best character!

Do dd and I watch too much TV? Yes, I think we do!!

Predictable I know, but the Tweenies is dreadful. Really, really annoying with bells on. Makes me cringe more than a scratchy sound on a blackboard.

Tweenies - esp. Bella, whom my DD has developed a crush on (noooooooooo!) although Judi grates on me as well and that godawful thug in training Milo and that whiny Jake and soppy Fizz, oh what the hell and Doodles as well - and don't get me started on the monstrosity that is Izzles...

The Storymakers' Jack Sprat and Treacle Cat - those puppets just make me want to heave, they look disease-ridden!

But before you write me off as a joyless old cowbag, I do like Higgledy House, Tikkabilla, Something Special, Balamory (mainly because the OH & I like to speculate about Suzie Sweet and Penny Pocket's sexuality - the OH also has a theory that Ms Hooley is the town slut because of that time she invited so many men to the beach for a picnic she couldn't remember who she'd asked - but that's his own personal weirdness), Doodle Do, Roly Mo (for the snoots), Lazytown and Toddworld, but that's mainly because DD likes them.

She is GLUED to the screen when Justin's on, ever since she was tiny she's loved him, I think she got him confused with DP (they are of a similar colouring, similar... erm... build and a similar... erm... hairline) and he has never lost that magic for her!

Oh, and I like Paul from Tikkabilla too, hollyand alice - mmm mmmmm....!

Good rant lovecat!! I agree with you on most of those, except I hate Justin and really like the shiny show. It's hilarious, sooo rude sometimes, loads of naughty things for grown ups if you listen carefully (or maybe that's just my filthy mind)!! Also can you explain what it is about Paul that is so attractive? I think he looks like he's hiding a really big surprise iykwim!! Ok maybe tmi !!!

Oh and I REALLY hate the bobinogs! Grrr....

I love the bobinogs ... but only the Welsh-language version - they're much more believable in Welsh for some strange reason! I also like place-spotting ....

I said earlier that I liked Justin on Cbeebies and quite a few others said they couldn't stand him which I really don't mind because I can see the annoyance factor

Obviously, something special, tikkabilla etc but he also does voices on boo, tod's worls and he is Jake's voice on the tweenies
