exactly these people are so blessed, yet so ungrateful. might make me very angry watching it

Nemo2007 · 05/03/2007 22:06

I am watching..saw the woman with 4 under 8yrs old and fleetingly thought oh god poor woman..then I remembered I have 3 under 31/2..pmsl

Aloveheart · 05/03/2007 22:07

Lady on the bus today have five kids like 7,6,5 sort of from what i could gather. They were relaly well behaved. I often wonder what it would like to have lots of kids. i hav two.

I'd love loads. i was a childminder and often has 6 kids with me at home and on outings in the holidays, it was wonderful

Caligula · 05/03/2007 22:09

OMG they are all perfectly awful.

Didn't they know that their life would change? Had they read some silly book that promised them they could fit a baby neatly into their current lifestyle or something?

Can't believe them. We all have days when we think "You little sods, you've ground more potato into the carpet", but to feel so strongly about it as to go on a TV programme and declare it has ruined your life - strewth.

The only nice bit in this programme was the end where the woman who'd been really negative about being pregnant (she was adamant that her animals would still sleep on their bed because "they were here first") totally fell in love with her newborn at first sight...

...and the cats got turfed into the spare room .

Hope that's not spoiled it for anyone...sorry

larlylou · 05/03/2007 22:14

What an appalling programme. I'm astounded that they have the ordasity (wrong spelling I'm sure) to sit there and moan about their life with kids...and in front of them! I have no sympathy for them and if they got themselves out of that rut and enjoyed their kids for who they are and accept their responsibilities then life would be a lot easier for them. How are those poor children going to grow up. They choose that life, choose to have a child and now its not going great....selfish!!

Caligula · 05/03/2007 22:14

OMG those awful people "we thought we'd be the perfect parents"

Good lord. I don't know anyone who was that deluded.

My children made my life. Why can't I go and proclaim it?

Oh, that's right, it's not interesting

Caligula · 05/03/2007 22:16

"Now she's stuck at home in Staines"

Hello? Has someone locked her in or something?

FFS I want to throw things at the telly. I only ever usually feel like this when Tony Blair or David Cameron is lurking on it.

turned it off after 1 minute
utter self indulgent crap
AS soon as I saw that mule Anna Pasternak - quoting herself as a slave to the bottle warmer and nappy wrapper...
I thought oh do fuck off

pinkchampagne · 05/03/2007 22:18

Why doesn't that woman just put the toddler in the trolley???

daisycat01 · 05/03/2007 22:19
