Good wife fans...

Anyone else looking forward to The Good fight its a sequel To the Good wife on CBS the over the top streamer in the US, should be on in the UK shortly.

Due to it being a non broadcast show it should be more like a HBO type vibe. Diane & a few others make it onto the new show.

They're all skinny anyway because actresses tend (have?)to be but unless she's Method acting I doubt that's the reason she's thinner in this. Like a pp I also find I keep looking at her teeth, it's awfully distracting.

Oh yeah, she's skinny because she wants to get parts on American TV.

But it does fit with the character.

Loving it so far, but I keep wanting Alicia to pop up. I read that she definitely won't be as apparently, the other actors refuse to work with her now Shock

There was a whole thing with her and Kalinda - there were whole seasons where they did not appear in any scenes together.

I'd read that on here Trills, but there was nothing to suggest it was with other colleagues too (& no gossip as to why that was the case!).

I am watching at UK pace. It is an exercise in self-control because I do know how to get hold of things at US pace.

V happy to hear Colin Sweeney is coming to say hi, although he was such a big fan of Alicia's that I am surprised he is not wherever she is, rather than with us.

Oooooooooooh will we get Louis Canning?

I absolutely hated the ending, really wanted better for Diane and for Alicia and Peter to have divorced a long time ago!

I am loving the new series. Julius made me laugh but the other lawyer had it spot on.

I think Lucca has a love interest now. Though liked it when she was with Cary. Am missing Cary and Eli. I heart Eli even though he only had eyes for ex stars of Ugly Betty.

I missed the first episode of this. Did they explain about what happened to Alicia and Diane's all female firm? And who are the guys with the computer who decide which cases to take and did Diane divorce he cheating husband?

Did Lucca and Cary have a thing? Confused I can only remember him being with Kalinda.

Watched the first two. It's OK but there's something just slightly missing. Can't put my finger on it but suspect that I just really like Julianna M! (gossip and fights with Kalinda actress notwithstanding.)

I want Cary back, and Eli. Maia's mother's voice is so fucking cloying. Reminds me a bit of Bonnie Langford. Is Barbara meant to be an utter bitch or is that just my reading of her?

His voice has completely changed. Like after someone has had a brain injury, and they've had speech therapy, so are able to express themselves, but you can still hear that there's something different about their speech.

And I feel like they deliberately chose unattractive actors for the other couple who wanted the embryo. Was that to emphasise how she wanted the baby even if its dad was ugly?
