Anyone else looking forward to The Good fight its a sequel To the Good wife on CBS the over the top streamer in the US, should be on in the UK shortly.

Due to it being a non broadcast show it should be more like a HBO type vibe. Diane & a few others make it onto the new show.

I don't know how to explain it. It's software that searches all of the streaming sites. Within Kodi are plugins. We use one called Specto Fork (I think).

We have Kodi already installed on our amazon firestick.
I'm an utter Luddite with technology so if I can work it out.....

Literally looks like a USB stick that plugs into the back of the telly and has a power cord too. You get a teeny remote, click kodi, then a keyboard appears and you search for anything! In the world! Ever! You can watch utter shite from years ago as well as all the great box sets around

I literally finished The Good Wife on Netflix ten minutes ago and came to find this thread to find out when The Good Fight started... I've missed the first ten minutes but it's looking good. Seems to be shot slightly differently - more like a movie ?

I will pay for movies out of principle, but Kodi is great when you want something not otherwise available.

Want to watch Planes Trains and Automobiles or something? It's on Kodi.

Really enjoyed episode 1. I read it's been renewed for a second season, which is good news.

I really liked it. Hope they don't just rehash the Good Wife though. I thought it got a bit tired towards the end of the last season.

Just watched the first episode and liking it. Always loved Diane! Was a bit predictable what was going to happen but still good! Looking forward to the next one.

Watching now. The credits were a bit obvious but the opening scenes were strong.

Did the Good Wife have swearing in it? This one seems more sweary.
Watching it on More 4 but might have a binge watch on kodi.

Well that was terrific. I am loving this.

Is it just me or does Rose Leslie look quite a bit skinnier than when she was in GoT (not that she was anything other than slim to start with).

Enjoying it - I think Luca is so cool and very funny in the first episode when her boss made her speak on the phone in an English accent (the actress is English). Great to see Eli's daughter back. Maya is annoying though - I don't like her silly over-emoting facial expressions and her mouth seems too full of teeth. I keep expecting her to spit everywhere when she speaks.

Maia looks like a young Anna Kendrick (sp?)

squashyhat apart from the fact that she looks thinner to me generally, the teeth are another reason I think she's lost weight as she wasn't like that in GoT.

I'm watching the scene where Maia is questioning her mother, while looking for micro-expressions / tiny facial muscle movements.

Quite ironic considering the amount of Botox the actress seems to have had.

In GoT she had to look strong and capable. Physically strong.

In this she's a stressed high-achiever who is probably the kind of person who can "forget" to have lunch because she's so busy.

Different channels have different swearing rules. Nobody said Fuck in The Good Wife.
