Actually I do remember Denise calling Libby sausage as well as squiggle sometimes.

Poor Lily. I remember, I think, that they've mentioned her being at ballet a couple of times but nothing much else. There are usually ballet school posters in a couple of places around the square, so I wondered if the dancing would be a story line for future

Maybe lily will act out ' the bus crash of 2017' in contemporary dance ( as judge rinder always says) with Bex on the guitar in the community hall for charity. Sausage could compare in his sparkly jacket. Then someone ruins it by shouting ' but im your dad . ' ..duff duff etc

Hold on - April Branning died? I don't remember that being mentioned. I was sure she'd turn up one day, like the other sister Suzy who had never been mentioned before did.

Maybe Carmel is getting child support money from her ex for Shaki?

Am I the only one really confused by the whole Denise storyline? Who were her parents? Where does the other sister (Daphne?) fit in then??

Button in Neighbours was the most annoying little turd ever! Ugh it made me cringe when he'd call her that name.

I'm guessing Sausage goes to the university of East London. Uni students in London do tend to be quite scattered about because rents are so high. I used to have a long tube ride to uni. It makes sense that they'd move to the square where a market trader can rent a beautiful Victorian terrace.

Carmel was married to a rich bloke so I assume she got some spousal support. Unless Craig has an amazing career! Grin

They were talking about EE on radio 1 the other day saying that Dots house would be worth £850,000 in the real world so presumably Kim and Vincent's would be £1 million plus (Dots is local authority rented in EE but have no idea how much rent would be esp now she's retired) and Denise's would be similar although can't remember who owns that now is it Kim and Denise together?

I quite liked the back to basics approach of the new producer to start with but if they are going down that road they will have to up their game considerably on the continuity as at the moment it doesn't make sense or work at all imo. Sue Tully (old Michelle) is a producer now isn't she? Can we have her to sort things out or anyone who knows what they are doing so we can get the magic back pleeeeeeeaaaaaasssse?!

Vincent was an informer but I still don't quite get that he had the money to buy the house (with or without mortgage) and buy the bar too!

And Blades, what's happened there? Who's bought it?

All a lot of it doesn't make sense like Blinda going off into sunset!

Noisy who was April Branning and the whole Denise storyline has been very muddled.

I am sure i have seen susan tully as producer on some very old EE episodes before.
The rent was an issue for Dot a while back when Cora lived there - but it was sorted out. There was some explanation for Vincent that he had a one hit wonder with a song that has hits on u tube? it was hinted that brought in a fair amount of cash to buy the home etc. Not sure what else he used to do though? The Albert never seems to be open and Vincent hasnt had much to do since they saw off Claudette and he found out she had murdered his father years ago.

Yes - Vincent's stash of cash was explained by royalties from his hit song back in the day (think they showed a video or photo of him IRL as Richard Blackwood) and said he was still coining it in from that

Super April is Carol's sister who has been mentioned several times in the past (usually another Branning would go to visit her when they needed to be written out for a while) but never seen iirc.

I could have sworn that when Carol first arrived on the Square it was mentioned that she had 2 brothers (Max & Jack) and one sister (April). Then it turned out there were six of them Hmm

I thought that was correct about his 'hit single' royalities ( spelt wrong but you all know what i mean!)
i also recall now the being a police informer being quite lucrative!
Now i know what i need to do to get some extra cash ( do a remake of Aga do' probably..)
Its a shame he is one of EE's underused characters after all the hype about him coming in the show - at least Danny Dyer isnt under exposed!!
