The other guy wasn't "relevant" singing Huey Lewis but that Lionel Richie song is older. I don't know why older people bother sometimes, even if they do win x factor occasionally.

Curtis was a superb singer, but I felt something was missing. Felt the church singer had potential. Like The cruise ship singer, very professional and you can see him in the west end.

I think it's because the Lionel Richie song is more of a classic tune that still gets played a lot today, and Lionel Richie even played Glastonbury a couple of years ago. Huey Lewis and the News on the other hand...
