Don't think there's a thread and direct me elsewhere if there is but I honestly can't watch it without a rambling!

I think she could have accepted being voted off by deadlock or against a good singer, but there was no way the judges could justify voting her off over a girlband who will get nowhere because they aren't very good at all. I'm glad it happened though, and glad that she wears her heart on her sleeve and can't do fake niceties, because it made a brilliant moment in a dull tv show!

My theory is that one week Honey G will
Just come out and sing, and have a cracking voice.

They usually always say about how the contestants need to be out of their comfort zone etc, yet never say this to H-O-N etc

The whole point of the finals - it seems to me - is to test how well contestants can sing different types of song. It really sorts the wheat from the chaff in that respect. However, that doesn't apply to Honey G as she raps to everything. It's a bit like my wife's class where everybody participates in the same activity, but not the children with special needs - either because they don't want to or because it's beyond their abilities. Not exactly a level playing field...

Just seen Gifty on Lorraine. She was still quite rude and bitter. I have clearly missed something with her as since the live shows I think she's been dreadful, so shouty and her rendition for Lay me down was painful. Her sing off song was barely recognisable IMO.

I am so fed up with x factor this year, Honey G is making a mockery of the whole thing and it will serve them right if she wins it, the judges made the decision to put her through in front of some talented singers in that age group, it's a joke

Just caught up on the verdict, love some of the comments on here!

PMSL at my Bruno looking like a 3 year old! And the nan porn specs. I think that's what did it for Gifty, why would you suddenly start wearing glasses when you haven't the rest of the series, she looked daft with them on. She's pretty bitter but the thing is... the opportunity of staying in turns on a coin, that's the nature of the beast what is XF!

The problem with Honey G also is she doesn't rap! Just talks. People get told they need to change songs do something different and she does the same talking

Once more go she'll be thrown under the bus..get some bad press and that be it.
