I don't know why Gifty is so cross, there's lots of good girl singers in this competition who don't shout as much as her- Saara and Sam being two, and Emily has a quirkier better recording voice. I do agree that Simon's song choice and the first slot really sold her down the river, but I never thought she'd win.

Clearly she did! Although it might just have been the huge amount of unwarranted praise she received early on and just expected to continue. She had very poor song choices as well- Rockin' Robin, anyone?

I'm watching the end of Xtra factor- Honey Fucking G is so bloody shouty.

The sound quality is dire though- Prof Green is erm, performing, but you can't hear him at all.
Maybe that is the point.

Agree with most others - Honey G is total crap - this is a singing competition not a rap competition but apparently the public are intrigued by her. And Gifty shouldn't have gone but I hate a poor loser and she was very sullen, embarrassingly so..............mind I don't think Simon should have mentioneed last week that he gave her the wrong song. I've noticed that if Simon makes a derogatory comment about someone, they're off.............poof!

I want Matt Terry to win (Is that his name - young handsome boy with a great voice) but I like Emily too but don't think she'll win. The thing that intrigues me is they all know the winner as it's all pre recorded isn't it - so I wonder how it never gets leaked?

She was very tearful and much more gracious on Xtra. I'd be rude too if that pile of nonsense happened in front of my very eyes, 4OD were pretty atrocious

Problem with X factor is it's not just a singing contest. The public have to like you to vote for you. Get the public on side and you can do well even if you're a bit shit. Gifty seems to have not realised this.
