I like the gentler pace and the characters being nicer to each other and things flowing more normally. The past few months were ridiculous. Agree with all of that but it's not balanced, it's too far in the other direction. Some drama is needed and I don't feel like there's any and I want the proper endings back. Even the cast have said the first thing they do when getting a script is turn to the last page to see who gets the duff duffs. Not anymore I bet.

I do prefer this format, but I guess your right, they need a murder or an affair now to spice it up a bit! I am too invested , I know, but I really do feel so sorry for Belinda, her dh wasn't only creepy, but she has been shafted on the money front too. not good.
I hope Becky doesn't become pregnant but I have a feeling she wont sleep with Shakil and Louise will nick him for herself ( and do what he wants) she is lurking around!

yes, me too, why cant the banker she met ( who doesn't normally appear in the Vic?) put some money up and attract loads of rich yuppie types to her salon! Make it trendy and the place to be? it has a retro feel, she is very bubbly, it could be a magnet for the celebs and movers and shakers from the city! the new people from jack's flats maybe, not just Carmel!

That shitty hipster hair salon that Dean had was always heaving full of customers even after he was outed as a rapist ffs so you'd think the hair side of it could get customers. Stacey is supposed to be really good isn't she? They should bring Lola back to work there.

Yep, she also laid off the good indian head massage woman Suzanne, but had two girls sitting around the other day doing nothing! Her naughty knicker business did well, so she has a business head.

I was just thinking to myself at the start of tonights episode watching Jay in his suit that it was good to see him back on his feet, then he goes and steals from Billy (again)

Billy will know Jay stole the money surely. The others have been working there for years. Perhaps Jay will pin the blame on someone else and Billy will 'announce' that as Jay is faaaamily, he believes him despite Jay stealing recently

How can a drug debt be paid off? I'm assuming the interest just keeps adding up and you can't ever walk away? Roxy is in a bad place so will she get involved in drugs again?

its a shame they cant leave Jay alone now, what with the whole Linzi business and drugs, he has had his share of bad luck. Just let him have a better life and a nice girlfriend and a job - lots of young men do. To stitch up Billy again is heartbreaking, especially as someone else will get the blame for the lost money I bet! ( they all need their job too)
Never been keen on Lee - odd that nobody even asks where your going to work or what your actually going to be doing? first things people ask. Considering he was once in the army , he didn't deal with the rowdy punters that well. They normally film 6 weeks in advance so these episodes were done back in September when we had that nice spell I suppose, hence the summery clothes! Didn't take Claudette long to show her true colours to Patrick, as if he has much money - he was a penniless guy who had a stroke not that long ago being looked after by Denise and Kim in the B and B. I don't think he has ever had much money. She needs Belinda's banker bloke for the lifestyle she wants. lol. Gold digger.

Thought was £500 each wasn't it? I'm not great with slang. So £125 a week per adult which sounds about right for 4 bed place. Can't be £500 a month for whole house.

Not sure why Denise gave up on BnB don't get how it's half now anyway. She must still have 2 empty bedrooms even at £70 per room per night she make more there than on min wage in shop.

It's only £125 each a week so even if all on mim wage they all have work only 16 hours a week to pay rent. They all work full time. Martin surely get all old veg for grub, no transport costs. What are you doing people.

It was good in Alfie and Kat story live as one wage and what 3 kids no deposit etc but it's getting boring now.
