My nomination is Two Broke Girls.

I first saw Two Broke Girls on an airplane, I didn't have enough time before landing to start watching another movie, so I thought I'd watch a couple of episodes of a sitcom. I couldn't quite believe how bad it was, and when I got home I watched another episode just to make sure I hadn't hallucinated its awfulness in some kind of jet lagged haze. I hadn't.

If you haven't seen it it's like one of those dreadful Nickelodeon or Disney kids sitcoms where everything is overly bright and the programme makers have mistaken having the actors loudly shouting catch phrases for character development. Except as its made for adults most of the 'jokes' are crude sexual humour, which I don't mind when it's funny, but this isn't funny, it's the adult equivalent of a five year old shouting 'poo bum fart willy' at you constantly. Plus all the supporting characters are horrible racial stereotypes.

There must be a fan base for it because it's on about season four, but dear god it's bad.

MrsJayy · 15/09/2016 16:08

MitzyLeFrouf · 15/09/2016 16:14

Yeah, yeah. You have such a filthy mind MrsJayy Grin

MrsJayy · 15/09/2016 16:19

Its talking about that Geordie shore got me all flustered

ppeatfruit · 16/09/2016 11:06

What I don't get is the way ALL the girls are attempting to look like Barbie IN EVERYTHING , like Emmerdale, in all the soaps there is obviously a make up artist hidden in their kitchen cupboards. They are looking more and more like one another.

I was so amazed to see an up to date photo of Britney, I thought she looks sooo different; the main reason is, along with the usual plastic surgery SHE HASN'T GOT FAKE TAN ON !!!!!!

LunaLoveg00d · 16/09/2016 12:22

Anything which is billed as "scripted reality" like TOWIE or the Chelsea one or the Newcastle one.

JoandMax · 16/09/2016 12:26

Oh god Stage School, it's just so bad I can't even explain it...... I'm wondering if it's meant to be some kind of modern ironic pisstake on all they MIC/TOWIE style shows. When thy do the odd singing section it's like listening to a strangled cat in a bag, utterly utterly dreadful

MrsJayy · 16/09/2016 12:29

What? They sing in the middle of their programme maybe its 1 of those so bad but good programmes might need to try and watch a full episode

Oliversmumsarmy · 16/09/2016 12:30

I think they were promised a solo to showcase their "talent"

TheNaze73 · 16/09/2016 12:31

Another vote for Mrs Brown's Boys here. Tedious

MardyBra · 16/09/2016 12:33

Yes. Mrs Brown's Boys.

Greydog · 16/09/2016 12:33

There's so many! Mrs Brown, Game of Thrones, "Real Housewives" everything single version, in fact every "reality" TV prog! I can't think of anything I like any more. Oh wait - there is a reality prog I like - Gardner's World!

JoandMax · 16/09/2016 12:34

MrsJayy - I've watched a few episodes as I do indeed find it amusing as its just so bad!!! Maybe that's the point?!

MitzyLeFrouf · 16/09/2016 12:36

Gardner's World is like having a lovely brain massage. There's also an element of peril though, sometimes I can't see Nigel and I worry that something's happened to him. And then he appears and all is well.

Purplebluebird · 16/09/2016 13:24

The naked dating show! I don't even know what it's called :p

venusinscorpio · 16/09/2016 13:32

YY to Ex on the Beach. And I say that as someone who finds similar shows a guilty pleasure. It's awful. The participants, the format, everything!

MrsJayy · 16/09/2016 13:34

Im going to watch 1 stage school just to see random bursting into song

Butteredparsn1ps · 16/09/2016 13:34

The Next Step. DD has graduated from CBeebies to CBBC most of which is actually very good. But TNS is awful.

NuggetofPurestGreen · 16/09/2016 14:17

I knew Mrs Browns Boys would make multiple appearances! Grin

ThomasRichard · 16/09/2016 14:29

Naked Attraction. Have those people no shame?

JustDanceAddict · 16/09/2016 18:11

Mrs browns boys is heinous.

ppeatfruit · 17/09/2016 14:09

It's called Gardeners' World and I too reckon it's the best thing on telly at the moment. I like Country file, GBBO, and Strictly too.

Judge Rinder is a laugh ( I've seen many worse programmes ) at least the participants and the audience can learn something concrete from it. Though I do wonder where the money he awards the winners of the cases comes from.

turquoise88 · 17/09/2016 14:28

YY to Kate and Mim-Mim on CBeebies. Every time I hear Kate's voice it makes me want to saw my ears off.

TheHiphopopotamus · 17/09/2016 16:41

Mrs Brown, Game of Thrones, "Real Housewives" everything single version, in fact every "reality" TV programme

Game Of Thrones?! Confused

I understand that it's not everyone's cup of tea, but I hardly think it's in the same league as Mrs Brown's Boys Grin
