I thought val would get it with how she did on tech but she maybe her Danish were not as good as Candace? Can't remember now

fourquenelles - here is the recipe I use, second one down obviously! I use pistachios, which my DH loves - I buy them from the Indian supermarket, they come ready shelled :)
