Has anyone been watching it? Finale was last night. Fantastic I thought.

Watching episode 7 - I think I know where it's going. I wish we had a spoilers thread so we could discuss it

You could start one and ask MNHQ to put "no spoilers" in the title of this one, they did that for us during the Good Wife.

Just finished , binged on the whole series, best thing I've seen since Breaking Bad!

I finished it last night. Was all brilliant, not one thing I could criticise about it.

It's based on Peter Moffatt's Criminal Justice. He also wrote Silk and Undercover, both of which I really enjoyed, plus a bunch of other stuff I've not seen yet. He worked on the Night of on the production side, along with Jane Tranter, I bet that's a name some here will recognise.

I noticed James Gandolfini in the titles too, apparently he played Jack in an unaired pilot?

I think John T is terrific, only ever saw him in Pelham 123 before.

I got up to ep 7 last night. I'm afraid the prison business is not doing a lot
for me but now I too think I can see how it will turn out. Will probably watch last one tomorrow.

I thought Gandolfini was a producer?

I must say I like the friendship between Naz and Freddy but then I love the actor who plays Freddy and I love Riz so those scenes are really enjoyable for me.

I just looked this up and it looks like James G did a lot of work on it before he died, not just the acting.

I don't mind plot points being discussed but I don't know how far others are up to....

Do you think he took the inhaler on purpose because he knew Naz wasn't guilty? And knew it would disrupt the trial?

If he did, HT basically sacrificed his career rather than send an innocent man to jail.

I finished this a few days ago and I can't stop thinking about it still. We definitely need a thread where we can discuss this...are we doing it here! Lorelei had a good idea.

I need other series like this. I'm trying to heal from a bereavement and telly like this is one of the few distractions that works. I'm watching Code100 atm but it's not a patch on The Night Of.
