its ok ive seen it now.i cant help feeling a bit of symapthy but i feel its wrong to blame it all on editing etc ,she did say the things we saw,as did the other two.i would think that they will learn a valuable lesson from this and maybe make them into better people in future.

Shilpa is on Sky news at 7.30 pm they've shown a shorter version this lunchtime.

i feel sorry for her i really do no one deserves this. Ive seen contestants on big brother behave alot worse then this how about that victor guy for example.The press have launched a witch hunt for these girls and thats all they are is silly little girls. Surely Jo did come out with Cleo ?! I'm pretty sure she knew there was a furore around Jade and Shipa but perhaps it just hadn't occurred to her how much her own behaviour could have been implicated .

I do think the whole thing shows what a nasty set up bb is.

The girls are horrible, but they have been thrown to the wolves for our entertainment.

I think I view Jade and Jo far more harshly because of their age and experience within a high pressure media environment.
Danielle (although some of her comments were the worst) has the fallibility of youth, I mean she is only a year up from high school girls and jesus they are bitchy in exactly that pack gang way.
And Jade and Danielle at least have shown remorse and owned up to the behaviour, apologised (cynically one could suspect good PR) whereas Jo for all her appearance of mental breakdown is still not owning up which means her upset is purely over HER ruined life, not over what she has done.

shiny - jo's agent had a heart attack and died the night she came out (or around that time anyway). she says she blames herself.

joolstoo sorry i dont have a link and i cant even find where i read it this morning now but that is what i read this morning.its all very odd i will keep looking and then tell you where it is.

right i have now found it ,i have yahoo as my home page and halfway down the page there ia a heading "daniell quizzed by cops " if you click on this there is a smaller heading saying cbb shattered my life.this is the statement from jo. sorry i cant be more help but i have noidea how to do links !

Celebrity Big Brother housemate Jo O'Meara has issued a public plea for understanding, claiming her life had been "totally shattered" by the Channel 4 show.

The former S Club 7 star apologised for any hurt she had caused to Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty, saying: "I am genuinely sorry."

And she complained that while crowds were barred from Jade Goody's eviction and Danielle Lloyd was allowed to leave the house with Jack Tweed, she was left to run the gauntlet of hate alone.

"I felt like the rabbit in the headlights with nowhere to hide and no-one to talk to," she said.

O'Meara, 27, issued a 900-word statement putting her side of the story. She claims to have received death threats from people who believe she is a racist bully.

"I am totally shattered and after the death threats am scared to go home.

"Am I the first person in the world to make a mistake or say regrettable things? I am devastated, sorry and honestly have no idea what to do next," she said.

The singer blamed Big Brother producers for "manipulating" situations inside the house.

"I may have made some mistakes but I have apologised for them and, in the context of the three weeks of Big Brother, I honestly believe that I was not a horrible person every day throughout the series."

She added: "I may have been shown on national TV saying and doing things that I sincerely regret and of course I am genuinely sorry. But does the Big Brother coverage sum up who I am and what really happened in the Big Brother house all day, every day?"

Cant understand why the media is leaving Jack alone? I dont want a witch hunt on anyone, but he said some terrible things too. Dont i remember him and Jade in bed and he called Shilpa something awful and Jade actually told him to shut up? Maybe i dreamt it...........

Right. Do feel sorry for her. I really do. But why is her house going to be re-possessed? Has she been sitting about spending money since SClub split, and not getting a 'proper' job, because she thinks she's an 'artist' and better than that?

Strikes me as v. lazy to go into the BB house to get some quick dosh instead of re-assessing her life and getting a proper job to get proper money to pay a mortgage like the rest of us.

Jo had the far better deal when ti came to coming out
She came out with Cleo was was semi popular.
whenDAn and jack came out Jack whispered to Danielle "they hate us" it was far more obvious.
Anyone who is desperate enough to use CBB to rely on a career revival is pretty short sighted.
I know Jo suffered from an horrific and debilitating back condition for some time, but anyone who can afford to chain smoke tailor made fags at the rate she does must have some lolly.
