If it is in line with the window, Houses like that often had that sticky out bit at the back which would account for it.

It's really tricky to get any decent information on floor plans :o

It's definitely been built using 4th dimensional space and possibly 5th dimensional bricks. The kitchen counter here goes in front of the door frame, the beds go behind the outside window.

its 89c Albert square anyway.

And the bunk beds are in 72a, accessible via a wormhole.

Or they are in the sticky out bit on the back. Google Earth was no help as the houses aren't completely built FFS.

It's the building just above and to the left of the bridge/station and there is clearly a shitty lean-to extension on the back and ground level . Solved it!

Interestingly, Ian's house is complete. It has the single storey kitchen part t the back and even velux Windows for the loft extension.

The terrace with Dots house is only half a house deep.

There's no roof access on the roof of the Queen Vic.

That's it, normal the camera is held facing the end if sofa near kitchen behind that shot is the door. Which is Lola old room but now shows boys/kids stuff hanging up which thought kids where sleeping in till saw bunk beds!

The bunk Bed bedroom can't exist in real space, not just becuase the room overlaps a window, but becuase the bedroom behind the sofa wouldn't have a window.

It's between terest houses, one to the left and one to the right, that middle bedroom is surrounded by other rooms and the neighbour.

It would overlap that bedroom window too.

Sorry for obsessing over this but it is impossible.
