After a week of pretty good episodes, I found tonight's pretty dull. The whole Ben/Phil/gun exchange went on and on and on.

I noticed a theme tonight - father and son have heart-to-heart's - I liked it as it made a nice change. I know Billy isn't Jay's Dad but he's supported him after the Linzi saga, unlike Phil.

Oh little Ricky and his little fringe and his little freckles. He's adorable. They've found a gem there, I genuinely felt really sorry for him when he said he wanted his Mummy. Had to remind myself it wasn't real.

I liked tonights episode. Thought it was well done. Shame they made Ben go off on one though, I thought Phil had made him understand. Sadly he is what his father has made him and I'm developing an inappropriate crush on Harry Reid which is freaking me out and it's unacceptable.

Poor Richard. Jack has been totally crap with him. His mum just dumped him ffs! Have a bit more sympathy and patience with the poor boy! Been in exactly that situation, except it was another relative, and I couldn't be out of sight of that relative as I was convinced they would disappear too. Jack should expect that Richard is going to have a hard time dealing with being abandoned like that.

Did anyone else do a double-take when Billy told Jay he'd been involved in drugs (using and dealing if I heard correctly) in the past? I found that totally implausible.
