Billy's flat is a squat, when SS were involved with Lexi and Lola they pretended it was a fixed tenancy, I remember thinking it would have been better for them to come clean and get points for a council flat, which Walford council would have given them within a few weeks, unlike the rest of London where they'd wait forever.

Of course it exists in real space - you can clearly see the lean to extension on Google Earth which is totally accurate.

The bathroom was behind the sofa the other day, the door was open and all I could think was there must be no privacy in that flat! Also I remember Roxy being in there when she'd swallowed those drugs a few months ago. I do agree that the new bedroom in the back garden is a new addition

No, that was the changing room for the swimming pool on Jason's floor plan.

The bedroom in the lean to shanty extension at the back has been there ages though. I think it's always been 2 bed plus sofa for waifs and strays.

I hadn't even noticed a door behind the sofa.

So, door behind sofa, a wall where the living room has been been knocked through to the kitchen and then behind that, off the kitchen/diner, is another door plus the shanty lean-to bunk bed room

So, door behind sofa could well be the missing bathroom.
New door hidden behind the knocked through wall is Billy andHoneys room (was Lola's) which explains the thing that looks like a doorway behind Phil in an earlier photo.

I was just about to post this. I watched the old epsiode on dailymotion with roxy pooing drugs, the door behind the sofa is the toilet, the one in the kitchen is a windowless bedroom.

And people call us sad!
We have done some amazing work this bank holiday, we should pat ourselves on the back.

If B&H's bedroom extends into Narnia, there could be a window out onto the inter dimensional 100 acre wood at the back. Classic "side return" set up.

The bunk bed room overlaps the kitchen window, (which you've missed) but yes that looks right!

It doesn't overlap the window though, it extends away from it. It does actually make sense from the point of view of a classic Victorian layout.

Anyway, whose house is next...?

Look how small the gap between the window and the door is, barely enough room for a brick wall, let alone an outside wall with two layers and insulation.... and a bedside table and lamp.

It goes off to the left of the window though. The whole depth of B&Hs bedroom and the bathroom.

The camera angle makes it look like the bunks are either very short or in the next dimension
