4 sisters prepare for the funeral of their brother in law (married to 5th)

You know he's dead as funeral in e1

Think the sisters were just fed up of his treatment of his wife aka mummy and the fact she was always at his beck and call

Privately - can't rem their names

Older one. Can't have kids. Possibly preg with his and abortion hence can't have kids and wants the job

Youngest - he wouldn't lend her the money

One having an affair and he blabbed to hubby tho hopefully he won't find out as phone dead

Eye patch - not sure of her story yet

Can't rem the flashback of 1st Episode

This is how I remember the sisters names now

Goedele - Mummy
Eva - oldest one, head of the family
Veerle - affair
Bibi - eyepatch
Bekka - pet rat, Min's carer

I'll bet there's an explanation for Jean-Claude's obnoxious behaviour from Min but i think we will be made to wait for that.

There's something going on with his parents isn't there as Min talks about Gaston but we never see him!

Do we know how Bibi got the eyepatch?

I'm thinking that he must have caused it somehow?

When they did the bloody fingers on the wall, I wondered if they had killed their own parents!!

It was the thing about "wanting their sister back".

I'm assuming that Eva doesn't get the job & that's why she hates him.

Also guessing that she became pregnant by him & has an abortion which results in her not being able to have kids.

In which case when he tried to "joke" about her being pregant!! Just really nasty.

I'm thinking that it's either an accident in the end but so much has happened that they are under suspicion, or that the wife finds stuff out & snaps!

I think we find out how she loses her eye in next weeks episode going by the hint given at end of last weeks. It must be because of him,or he s done something even worse to her because shes been the driving force behind the plans to kill him.
Interesting to see how they continued with their plans even after they ve been the indirect cause of the old mans death

You know, I didn't really "feel" this episode. I don't know why, I just get the impression that when the series completes that it may feel like it was somewhat "surplus to requirements".

That said, when Eva was told she was out of the running for the job - god - my heart broke for her. That actress captured (with almost no dialogue) the pain of balancing recieving bad work news with trying to look stoic, professional and in control and especially a professional woman trying not to cry
