SoleBizzz · 22/05/2016 21:05

The impressionist wasn't as good

AnneEyhtMeyer · 22/05/2016 21:06

Good plan, Sole. I'll be watching more implausible plots on Corrie.

I've just watched this for the first time. The choir seemed to be American?! And the sword man (which I didn't understand the act). I thought the B was for Britain and they aren't British. Do they earn a living travelling the globe appearing on got talent franchises?
All seemed rubbish I couldn't understand why judges so nice then worked out it was a semifinal!

Friolero · 22/05/2016 21:32

Just caught up - we were late starting to watch. These were terrible! WTF was the arrows thing all about? That clearly didn't work. I have no idea who most of the impressions were supposed to be either. All pretty dull. I'd say the choir and street dancers were the best and will get through, but mainly because the others were so bad.

Here we go

gentlydownthestreamm · 22/05/2016 21:37

I missed the first few acts, but of the ones I saw I'd agree with Friolero, choir and street dancers were best.

Mother and son really suffered from a dud song choice, I think they could have done a lot better with something else. Then again, maybe they're just the kind of act you like seeing the first time and thinking 'aw, how sweet and naive' and then it's never going to be as good second time around.

Crossbow man really baffled me, I don't understand what was supposed to happen with the balloons at the start, nor the jeopardy of the rest of the act. Were we supposed to believe that Alesha could have pulled a lever that fired a crossbow that was aimed at him? And that the only reason that didn't happen is because she just happened to choose the ones aimed at the sides? Totally odd.

LavenderRains · 22/05/2016 21:42
