The mention of the roast dinner just reminded me to ask just how many roast potatoes were there. There were potatoes everywhere!

The hen/stag didn't happen Yet did it? They were all too busy running the loos back next door?

But sad no last dinner for Peggy - all that effort and no one gave a toss.

Sinister Bum Face- the outgoing exec producer had this "you're the greatest", "No YOU'RE the greatest" thing going on with Dame Barbara Windsor, and he wanted to go out with a bang. Barbara Windsor, rang him up and said (rather grandly IMO) that she'd decided it was time to kill Peggy off. It was a mutually sycophantic match made in Heaven.

I know I sound cynical, but it was all worth it to get Grant back. I cheered up no end at that!
